ここ最近見つけた台北でも トップレベルに美味しいスペイン料理レストラン。 ご紹介します。 台北の中山地区にある「La Mesa」 異国情緒漂う店内。 入り口の横の扉を開けて2階に上がると、 さらにムーディーな空間が広がっている。 まずは人気のサングリア。 これ超美味しい そしてシェフが丁寧にカットする イベリコ豚の絶品生ハム。 旨みがぎっしり。 ワインに最高に合う。 つづいてシェフがお母さんの 秘伝のレシピといっていたガーリックシュリンプ。 これのオイルが最高に美味しい。 酸味があって、レモンが入ってるのは
