今年3.26是礁溪龍潭湖第二屆的熱氣球嘉年華， 自從礁溪鄉公所 所長張永德推動主辦去年舉辦第一屆之後，就頗受好評， 不讓台東鹿野的熱氣球嘉年華專美於前，只不過因為一年只舉辦一天，單日限定， 要參加可得把握時間安排計畫，由於天氣的關係，繫留熱氣球升空無法成行， 不過傍
