三年一度的日本越後妻有大地藝術祭，始於2000年，是世界最大型的國際戶外藝術節，以農田為舞台，藝術為橋樑，聯繫人與自然，重振因現代化而衰頹的農業地區，讓當地的爺爺奶奶重拾幸福的笑容。 2015大地藝術祭的JR飯山線藝術計畫，期望以連結都市和鄉村的車站，加深地區間的交流，繪本作家幾米受邀參與，並在土市站與越後水澤站旁，設置長期的藝術作品「Kiss & Goodbye」。作品轉化自幾米為藝術祭創作的繪本《忘記親一下》，以越後妻有獨特的魚板屋為基礎，有著電車和布丁狗的造型，邀請居民一同彩繪外牆。內部展覽以立體裝置
