自工業革命以來，溫室氣體長時間排放過量，造成全球暖化，人類處於生存風險之中。因此聯合國自1995年開始，舉辦全球氣候變遷會議，希望各國減少溫室氣體排放，降低對環境的威脅。 台灣氣候聯盟秘書長彭啟明博士，是氣象學家，現任天氣風險管理開發公司總經理，長期關注氣候變遷議題，在環保署的邀請下，開始參與聯合國氣候會議，並攜手慈濟基金會以國際NGO組織名義參與，也帶動台灣科技產業向國際發聲，積極推動環境保護意識，展現面對氣候變遷的決心與行動。 #氣候變遷 #淨零碳排 #大愛人文講堂
