食譜： 2條麵包烤盤25×33釐米麵團： 512克×2個高筋麵粉520克（或中筋麵粉540克）牛奶270克（室溫）雞蛋2個（帶殼65克/每個雞蛋）白糖70克鹽6克酵母6克無鹽黃油70克葡萄乾100克 🔺Tips *牛奶室溫30～35°C，和手溫差不多 *雞蛋每個帶殼65克，蛋液55克，全部兩個蛋蛋液110克，留下10克刷表面，實際使用100克。不足部分可以用牛奶補齊烤箱提前預熱15分鐘，180℃ 烘烤： 180°C 28分鐘 ⬇️⬇️ Recipe ： bread ×2 Tray s
