想做很久的焦糖海鹽瑪德蓮，還是在前年烤過一次～冬天的我，不畏懼高熱量，厚厚的衣服可以把肉肉藏起來😆 食譜來自微博羽萱的媽媽，可製作六連貝殼瑪德蓮模一盤，我翻倍做了12顆以下是6顆量焦糖海鹽瑪德蓮蛋：2顆（約110-112g）榛果奶油：50g（請看下方食譜詳述）細砂糖：30g 焦糖醬：55g（請看下方食譜詳述）低筋麵粉：50g 杏仁粉：18g 海鹽：2g 泡打粉：2.5g 焦糖醬細砂糖：50g 冷水：10g 鮮奶油：50g 50g細砂糖加10g冷水放入鍋中，轉小火煮，可以晃動鍋子但不可以攪拌煮

早安☕️ 烤了一盤德式布丁塔，捏塔皮真的有點麻環😆 內餡加了兩條香草豆莢，塔皮裡還另外加入檸檬皮屑，塔皮清香、布丁餡細滑，還不錯餒覺得布丁餡還可以更嫩滑一點，拖延症患者的食譜尚在調整中～這幾天又在其他不同平台發現盜用我食譜照片的人，看來和以前一樣，浮水印只是安慰自己用的😮‍💨
