渋谷駅に着くと、かなりの数のパトカーが停まっており、道路が封鎖されていました。 この動画の1時間前くらいに事故が起こったようで、車が人の列に突っ込んだようです。 ※速報では全員が軽症とニュース記事に出ていましたが、その後、2名が骨折などの重傷との記事が出ておりました(その他の方は打撲などの軽傷) When I arrived at Shibuya station, there were quite a few police cars parked there and the road was blocked
