高筋麵粉 100克
（或中筋麵粉110克）
酵母5克
室溫牛奶70克
糖10克
②
高筋麵粉220克
（或中筋230克）
牛奶100克
雞蛋1個（帶殼65或蛋液56克）
鹽4克
白糖20克
無鹽黃油40克
黃油蒜蓉醬：
蒜泥20克
無鹽黃油50克
海鹽0.5克（或鹽0.5克）
表面：
馬蘇里拉奶酪 60克
歐芹碎（沒有可以不放，或改成小蔥）
185°C/或365°F
18～20分鐘
Tips：
*①麵團和②麵團分別和好面到沒有幹麵粉
*麵團①發酵1小時（室溫30°C），麵團②靜置水合
*麵團①和②，加入黃油後手揉8～10分鐘
*麵包整形完成後發酵50～60分鐘（30°C室溫）
*桿捲麵團頂部寬約10釐米，長40～50釐米

Instant yeast 5g
Room temperature milk 70g
Sugar 10g

( *or all purpose flour 230g)
Milk 100g
Egg*1（65g with shell/or egg liquid 56g）
Salt 4g
Sugar 20g
Unsalted Butter 40g
Garlic butter sauce ：
Garlic 20g
Unsalted Butter 50g(softened)
Salt or Sea salt 0.5g
Surface:
Mozzarella cheese 60g
chopped parsley （optional)
185°C/ or 365°F
18～20 minutes
Tips:
*①Dough and ②Dough are respectively mixed well until there is no dry flour
*Dough ① ferment for 1 hour (room temperature 30°C), dough ② stand to hydrate
*Dough ① and ②, add butter and knead by hand for 8-10 minutes
* ferment for 50-60 minutes after bread finish shaping (room temperature at 30°C) in tray.
*The top of the stick roll dough is about 10cm wide and about 40~50cm long
