圣诞节很近了，来制作迷你圣诞水果蛋糕，也称酸奶果干磅蛋糕。用了很多鲜刨橙皮和鲜渣橙汁制作而成，而且蛋糕内有满满浸泡过橙汁白酒并煮过的果干。烤好，个个迷你蛋糕好可爱像黄金条，整个厨房充满牛油鲜橙香。这食谱里面加了希腊酸奶，让蛋糕内部结构即扎实，又保持湿润口感。上面裱上鲜橙淡奶油糖霜，搭配鲜艳的红樱桃和迷你柑橘，超有圣诞气氛。切开来, 内部美美绵密的奶油黄色，加上酸甜橙糖霜，脆核桃，丰富入味的果干，每一口都非常清爽新香。真的好吃～
收藏方式：做好立刻吃，口感最佳。收密封容器放普通冰箱７天。冰库冷冻可保存更久，吃前解冻即可。
Christmas Day is so near, let’s make Mini Christmas Fruit Cake, also known as Yogurt Fruits Pound Cake. Made with a lot of freshly grated Orange Zest and freshly squeezed Orange Juice, cakes are also loaded with Mixed Dried Fruits soaked and cooked with Orange Juice White Wine. Once baked, each mini cakes are so cute like Gold Bars, the whole kitchen is full of butter orange aroma. Greek yogurt is added to this recipe to keep the internal structure of the cake dense yet moist. Top is piped with Orange Whipped Cream Frosting, paired with vibrant Red Cherry and mini Mandarins, so Christmas festive. Cut open, beautiful creamy yellow color interior, paired with sweet tangy orange frosting, crunchy walnuts, and richly flavored mixed fruits, every bite is so refreshing and fragrant. Really delicious~
Storage Method: Best eaten once made. Store in airtight container store in normal fridge for 7days. Freeze the cake can store longer, thaw before eating.
