台中市的臺灣大道 ( Taiwan Boulevard ) 是由市民熟知的「中正路、台中港路、中棲路」三條路所組成 (台灣各地火車站前，最熱鬧的路好像都是「中正路」)，2014年7月1日正式改稱「臺灣大道」，從台中車站 (臺中車站) 開始，可到達台中港區，全長24.2公里，分成了一段到十段。
這次我騎著自行車，從台中車站開始，沿著臺灣大道一段騎行，經五權路，進入臺灣大道二段 (有時還是忍不住叫它「中港路」)，到達「金典酒店」後，右轉進入健行路，最後騎往「國立自然科學博物館」。
沿著路途，也別忘了留意臺灣大道一段的「鈴蘭花」造型的路燈喔！
