My personal opinion of Gamestop (GME stock):
Currently, the fundamental of Gamestop(GME) businesshas been declining year after year. Revenue has been decreasing, net income goes from positive to negative and futhermore, debts has been significantly increasing thorughout the years.
I feel that the revenue has been decreasing thorughout the years is because people are moving towards mobile games and software games instead of gaming consoles these days. Moreover, with the east of internet and digital payment, there are more people buying online games at the comfort of their home instead of travelling to physical shopping malls to search for games. Based on my observation, Gamestop (GME stock) has been taking on more debts to keep the company afloat as the company has been making loses for the last few years.
Based on my opinion, the main reason why the stock prize has been increasing is due to the Gamestop (GME stock) short squeeze.
