*Doritos Pie*
Taco Tuesday falls on Pi Day this year (3.14) and here’s the perfect recipe!
Ingredients:
-5 Pounds Ground Beef
-2 Onions
-Can of Corn (optional)
-3 Packets Taco Seasoning (feel free to add some more spices!)
-1 Jar Boss Sauce or Taco Sauce
-4 Cups Shredded Cheese
-16oz Sour Cream
-Doritos
Recipe:
1. Dice up your onions.
2. Sauté in a pan with olive oil. Add in your ground beef and brown and drain.
3. Stir in your Taco Seasoning, Spices and Boss Sauce.
4. Flatten your crescent rolls on the bottom of a cast iron skillet or pie pan.
5. Layer your ground beef, sour cream, shredded cheese and doritos. Then repeat.
6. Bake at 350*F for 30-40 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are cooked through.
7. Serve with lettuce and tomatoes.
