Mexico cuts ties with Ecuador after police raid embassy

Ecuador’s former vice president thought he’d evade arrest for corruption inside Mexico’s embassy. Instead, Ecuador’s police stormed in and nabbed him, violating diplomatic norms and causing Mexico to cut ties.
