Four and a half years since Hong Kong’s last Clockenflap festival, the city’s largest outdoor music and arts festival is back, the first one to be held since the Covid pandemic. The 2023 edition, happening from March 3–5, features over 100 musical acts performing over the three days of festivities, and takes place soon after the government lifted the citywide mask mandate.
