There is a dessert store located at San-Min traditional market of Kaohsiung. They sold lots of dessert items. The most famous one is eight-treasure shaved ice. You can eat eight items when you order it. All of the items are handmade by them. We picked up the healing production of hot mochi, sweet congee, chewy cold cake, almond tea to share with you! The process of making these sweet items is quite complicated, but the taste is definitely different from the others store in Taiwan! Enjoy the healing process of making traditional dessert!
