Elon musk has been at the forefront of all the controversy between gamestop stock, AMC stock, bitcoin, and dogecoin, and he has also spoken out to defend the retail investors. Others that have spoken out as well have been Chamath Palihapitiya and even Jim cramer. So recently Elon musk was invited to an interview and talk on the clubhouse app and Robinhood's CEO was also there to speak about the recent market restrictions that they have placed on retail investors.

Now, today I really wanted to cover the insane price action in Gamestop's stock, which is up more than 1 thousand percent at the making of this video and AMC has also increased in value and they are showing no signs of slowing down.

This has mainly been the battle between wall street bets on reddit and professional fund managers. This is also due to the fact that a lot of things have changed over the years with brokerage apps like robinhood and webull, who have made investing a lot more accessible than it was before.

Now, the rise of gamestop stock, AMC and other stocks have been very significant as has received a lot of news coverage and even been tweeted from Chamath Palihapitiya, who also participated in the short squeeze, as well as Elon Musk who tweeted "GAMESTONK", all of this then sent the stock to all new highs has received a ton of attention.

This is also very controversial as the this could also be classified as "market manipulation" from reddit users making everyone buy a stock when they see it best fit. So be sure to watch this interview between Chamath Palihapitiya and CNBC tittled "Elon Musk CONFRONTS Robinhood CEO on Clubhouse (highlights)" as they go head to head to discuss what happened to Gamestop stock.

Wallstreet bets are a group of internet investors that are going against the hedge fund manager shorts and pumping the stock to prove their point. In this case, they have decided to use gamestop stock and AMC stock to prove their point.

This has also caused a lot of stock market controversy as there might have to be more regulation for retail investors. But Chamath had other things to say and it sounded like he sided with the retail investors trying to make a point that retail investors are just as smart as hedge fund managers.

One example of this is Tesla and how the average retail investor was able to prove to everyone that Tesla was a lot more than just your average electric vehicle company. Not to mention that Wall Street had always failed to see that and never gave Tesla a proper valuation. This also led to negative news from the media on Tesla.

Not only that, But now the Gamestop Stock and AMC Stock Rally have really pushed the envelope on investing. This has been a battle between the retail investor and hedge fund manager. So whether we might see more lawsuits coming from retail investors, such as the lawsuit agains the Robinhood Trading App, we could see a revolution on investing and possibly causing a new way and form of investing.

So be sure to watch this Gamestop Stock Explained video to get a better of what actaully happened between reddit users and wallstreet shortsellers.

I also want to know your thoughts on this controversy, do you believe that there should be more regulation in the markets for retail investors? do you believe that Fund managers should be more transparent? Let me know down in the comments below!
