Interesting how Niantic is all about “going outside and exploring”, yet they introduce an event (and a lengthy one at that) that is antithetical to that mission of outdoors exploration. Coming from Niantic and their history of contradictions and inconsistencies, this is another example to add to it. While not an egregious thing, it’s worth talking about.
