《香港百人》是由亞視新聞部以紀錄片形式製作的節目。節目選取對香港有貢獻、值得社會敬仰懷念及學習的人物。
他們來自不同的行業及階層，但同樣在各自的範疇內有出類拔萃的表現，其中有個人奮鬥創造事業的成功歷程，亦有對社會作出無私的奉獻，盡顯愛心服務人群，感人至深的勵志故事。當中包括第一任行政長官董建華、地產代理商人施永青、香港首名奧運金牌運動員李麗珊、及現任特首梁振英等知名人士。
隨著社會結構和環境的轉變，過往勤奮拚搏和刻苦耐勞的「香港精神」，在現今的社會並非是唯一的成功因素。
