Meta’s CEO Mark Zuckerberg somewhat casually dropped a bomb shell that Meta is opening up its Quest store and operating system to third-party headset makers. Asus, Lenovo, and Xbox are already on board, planning to create custom VR headsets that will run on what's now being called 'Meta Horizon OS'.
