Today, my friend took me to have the Amplifier Signature Set, priced at HKD$1088. It turned out to be quite a pleasant surprise.

Appetizers: Traditional Caesar Salad 🥗 + Creamy White Wine Mussels 🦪 + Garlic Butter Escargot Puff Pastry 🥮 + Crab and Lobster Bisque 🥣
The Caesar salad had an appealing presentation, with fresh salad greens and a well-balanced dressing. It had a rich and satisfying taste, quite enjoyable 😚. The creamy white wine mussels were tender and creamy, with the creaminess complementing the freshness of the mussels without overpowering their flavor 🤣. Each bite was quickly devoured. The lobster bisque had a thick and velvety consistency, not overly thick but with a strong lobster flavor 😋. It even included small pieces of lobster meat, which added a slightly sweet touch. Overall, it was quite good. The garlic butter escargot puff pastry was filled with the delightful taste of snail meat, combined with the rich and buttery flavor of the pastry. It was so good that it was hard to stop eating 😎, and I couldn't resist having more.

Main course: Slow-cooked American Wellington Beef Fillet 🥩 + Pan-seared Japanese Scallop with Tomato Sauce Spaghetti 🍝
The beef fillet was tender and perfectly cooked, with a juicy and flavorful taste 😍. The spaghetti was cooked al dente, with a nice chewiness and a slightly dry texture. The combination of the fresh and sweet scallops with the tangy tomato sauce provided a refreshing and non-greasy sensation. It was quite special and enjoyable 🤣, a job well done.

Dessert: Chef's Special Dessert of the Day 🍰
Lastly, there was a small cake served as the dessert. Its taste was ordinary but pleasant 😙. However, the decorative touches on the accompanying plate were well executed 😏, showing great attention to detail.

今天,我的朋友帶我去品嚐了一份Amplifier的經典套餐,價格是$1088港元。沒想到這真是一個驚喜的體驗。

頭盤:傳統凱撒沙拉🥗+奶油白酒青口🦪+蒜香牛油田螺酥皮盒🥮+蟹肉龍蝦濃湯🥣
凱撒沙拉看起來很吸引人,新鮮的沙拉蔬菜搭配適中的醬汁,口感豐富,味道不錯😚。奶油白酒青口肉質嫩滑,奶油味道濃郁但不掩蓋青口的鮮味🤣,一口接一口,很快就吃完了~龍蝦濃湯濃稠適中,不會太濃但龍蝦味道很濃郁😋,湯裡還有少許龍蝦肉,肉質稍微帶點甜味,很不錯。蒜香牛油田螺酥皮搭配新鮮的田螺,味道很棒,讓人停不下來😎,越吃越上癮。

主菜:慢煮美國威靈頓牛柳🥩+香煎日本帆立貝番茄醬意大利麵🍝
牛柳肉質鮮嫩,不會煮得太老,口感很好,多汁多味😍。意大利麵剛好煮熟,有嚼勁,稍微乾身,鮮甜的帆立貝搭配清爽的番茄醬,口感十足🤣,很特別,很不錯🤩。

甜點:當天的特選甜點🍰
最後還有一個小蛋糕作為甜點,味道普通但很好吃😙,而且盤子上的裝飾也做得很精緻😏,顯得用心。
