白天鵝賓館歷史：
1979年，霍英東、彭國珍合組的香港維昌發展有限公司與當時的廣東省旅遊旅館工程領導小組簽訂了興建白天鵝賓館的協定。
1983年春節，白天鵝賓館正式營業並對社會開放。 國酒店中率先使用信用卡結帳
2012年，為了全面提升賓館居停環境和設備設施，白天鵝停業3年，斥鉅資進行全面的升級改造。
2015年7月14日再次開門迎客，原843間客房調整至520間，標準客房的面積約為30平方米，豪華客房的面積約為60平方米，分佈主樓東西兩端臨江景觀最佳位置的30間套房面積達90平方米。 餐飲和宴會空間也從原本的13個精簡為6個。
楊小鵬，自1982年至2007年，歷任白天鵝賓館營業部經理、副總經理、董事總經理、總經理、黨委書記。 曾任中國旅遊飯店業協會副會長、廣東酒店行業協會會長、廣州地區酒店協會會長。
是廣州白天鵝賓館任職時間最長的「掌門人」。 從40年前入職，到連續25年在白天鵝賓館辛勤工作。
白天鵝賓館行政總廚：
江海強：拿手菜：海鮮添寶，香酥芝士煙三文魚釀雞胸。
改革后第一代西廚。 1982年進入白天鵝，是當時學歷最高的西廚之一。
2015年離職。33年6個月。
梁健宇：1990年進入了廣州白天鵝賓館
2009年坐上了廣州白天鵝賓館副行政總廚的位置。
2016年任廣州白天鵝賓館行政總廚。
盧錦泉，1981年進入廣州白天鵝賓館工作。

In 1979, Hong Kong Weichang Development Co., Ltd., jointly established by霍英东 and彭国珍, signed an agreement with the Guangdong Provincial Tourism Hotel Engineering Leading Group to build the White Swan Hotel.
In the Spring Festival of 1983, the White Swan Hotel officially opened for business and was open to the society. Among the first hotels in China to use credit cards for checkouts
In 2012, in order to comprehensively improve the lodging environment and equipment facilities of the hotel, the White Swan Hotel closed for three years and invested a large amount of money in comprehensive upgrades and renovations.
On July 14, 2015, it reopened its doors to customers again. The original 843 rooms were adjusted to 520. The standard room size is about 30 square meters, while the size of a deluxe room is about 60 square meters. Thirty suites at the best locations for enjoying the scenic views along the river in the main building are about 90 square meters each. The number of catering and banquet spaces was also reduced from 13 to 6.
Yang Xiaopeng has been with the White Swan Hotel for the longest time since 1982 until 2007, holding positions such as Manager of the Business Department, Deputy General Manager, President and CEO, General Manager, and Secretary of the Party Committee. He has also served as Vice President of the China Tourism Hotel Industry Association, President of the Guangdong Hotel Industry Association, and President of the Guangzhou Hotel Association.
Chef de Cuisine of the White Swan Hotel:
Jiang Haqiang: Signature dish: Seafood Treasure, Delicious Cheese Smoked Salmon stuffed with Chicken Breast.
After the reform, he was one of the first western chefs. Joined the White Swan Hotel in 1982 and had one of the highest educations in Western cuisine at that time.
Left in 2015 after 33 years and 6 months.
Liang Jianyu joined Guangzhou White Swan Hotel in 1990
Appointed as Deputy Chef de Cuisine of Guangzhou White Swan Hotel in 2009.
Appointed as Chef de Cuisine of Guangzhou White Swan Hotel in 2016.
