Morgan Geyser Slender Man Stabbing Chilling - Full Police Interrogation
Morgan Geyser | Slender Man Stabbing | *Chilling* Full Police Interrogation The Slender Man (also spelled Slenderman) is a fictional supernatural character that originated as a creepypasta Internet meme created by Something Awful forum user Eric Knudsen (also known as "Victor Surge") in 2009. He is depicted as a thin, unnaturally tall humanoid with a featureless head and face, wearing a black suit. Stories of the Slender Man commonly feature him stalking, abducting or traumatizing people, particularly children. The Slender Man is not confined to a single narrative but appears in many disparate works of fiction, typically composed online. On May 31, 2014, two 12-year-old girls in Waukesha, Wisconsin held down and stabbed a 12-year-old classmate 19 times. When questioned later by authorities, they reportedly claimed that they wished to commit a murder as a first step to becoming proxies for the Slender Man, having read about it online. They also stated that they were afraid that Slender Man would kill their families if they did not commit the murder. After the perpetrators left the scene, the victim crawled out of the woods to a roadway. A passing cyclist alerted authorities, and the victim survived the attack. Both attackers have been diagnosed with mental illnesses but have also been charged as adults and are each facing up to 65 years in prison. One of the girls reportedly said Slender Man watches her, can read minds, and could teleport. Experts testified in court that she also said she conversed with Lord Voldemort and one of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Milwaukee teen Anissa Weier was sentenced to 25 years in a mental health facility in 2017, for the 2014 stabbing of a classmate. Weier's accomplice in the crime was a friend called Morgan Geyser, who was also a 12-year-old like Weier when they planned and stabbed classmate Payton Leutner in the nearby woods, later telling authorities that the attempted murder was supposed to keep the legend-horror character Slender Man from killing their families. Where is Morgan Geyser now? At 19, Geyser is still at the unnamed mental hospital where she was sentenced 40 years after she pled guilty to the attempted first-degree murder of Leutner. Geyser had reportedly pled guilty to the crime to avoid prison, but she was ultimately found not guilty on grounds of insanity. Geyser was later diagnosed with schizophrenia, and following her 2017 conviction, her attorneys have argued that she should have been tried in juvenile court as she was 12 at the time of the stabbing. On September 11, 2020, her defense team appealed to the Supreme Court, to toss out Geryser's conviction in adult court. This came after Wisconsin’s 2nd District Court of Appeals had denied Geyser's appeal to have her conviction overruled, twice by then. Geyser's attorney Matthew Pinix had claimed at the time that his client should have been charged with attempted second-degree intentional homicide, which would have sent the case to juvenile court. Who is Morgan Geyser? On May 31, 2014, three pre-teens — Geyser, Weier, and Leutner, woke up from a sleepover to celebrate Geyser's 12th birthday. The girls then went to a local Waukesha park, where Geyser and Weier stabbed Leutner 19 times and left her for dead. The 12-year-old victim however managed to crawl her way out of the woods and was spotted by the side of the road by a passing bicyclist. Leutner survived, but it's been reported that two of the stab words were millimeters from her arteries. Shortly after she was found, cops found Geyser and Weier walking along the roads, claiming they were on their way to live with Slender Man. Geyser and Weier were arrested immediately and charged as adults the next day. The girls had confessed to the crime too, claiming they were terrified of Slender Man killing their families if they didn't murder Leutner. The story has become sensational in the years, because of the brutal nature of the crime from such young children. Having become the topic of countless documentary flicks and TV shorts, the Slender Man Stabbing continues to be one of the most notorious incidents. During the sentencing hearing, three years after the heinous attack on Leutner, professional opinions on Geyser's mental health and treatment needed were still conflicting. While her defense team tried to move her to an adolescent health facility, Judge Michael Bohren denied it, saying: "What we can't forget is this was an attempted murder." Man Kills His Mom has SEX with Her Body - The Most DISTURBING Interrogation You'll EVER Hear Guess I Lost My Virginity to a Corpse: The Kevin Davis Murder Case Davis bashed his mother's head in with a hammer Summary: Corpus Christi resident Kevin Davis strangled his mother before hitting her in the head with a hammer, splitting her skull. Davis then ‘swirled’ her brain around before sexually assaulting her corpse. Davis was sentenced to life in prison for the crime of a mom who he described as “The best.” In 2014, Kevin Jazrael Davis argued with his mother, 50-year-old Kimberly Hill, in the Corpus Christi, TX, apartment he shared with her and his sister, Destinee. On May 26, Davis called 911, reporting that he’d just murdered his mother. Once at the police station, then 18-year-old Davis vividly detailed the day’s events, sometimes with a smirk on his face. What he told detectives was gruesome and shocking: Kevin admitted bashing \Hill’s head with a hammer, swirling her brain around, and then, sexually assaulting her corpse. "I'll Kill My Mom Instead" On the morning of March 27, 2014, Davis, bored and frustrated with life, told his mother he did not like people and that he wanted to commit suicide. Obviously caught off guard by the statement, Hill allegedly told her son that she could not stop him if that was what he wanted to do. Kevin later told police hearing this from his mother enraged him. It was then he decided to take her life. As Hill sat on the couch in the living room, Davis came up behind her, attempting to strangle her with a cord. Hill began screaming. Kevin panicked, retrieved a hammer, and began bashing in his mother’s skull. Davis struck his mother in the head with the hammer at least 20 times, splitting her skull in the process. Davis then retrieved a kitchen knife and used it to insert inside his mother’s head wound. He swirled her brain around “to make sure she was dead,” Kevin claimed and then inserted his hand inside the wound. He would tell detectives during a taped interrogation that his mother’s brain felt like “putty.” Kevin then dragged his mother’s lifeless body to her bedroom and raped her corpse. When he finished the sadistic act, he went to a neighbor’s house, saying he just killed someone and needed help. The neighbor dialed 911. This is the interrogation of Kevin Davis. LAPD Detective Stephanie Lazarus Murder Suspect - Full Length Police Interrogation Audio
LAPD Detective Stephanie Lazarus Murder Suspect - Full Length Police Interrogation Audio Full Length Police Interrogation Video Sherri Rasmussen (February 7, 1957 – February 24, 1986) was an American woman found dead in February 1986 in an apartment she shared with her husband, John Ruetten, in Van Nuys, California. Rasmussen had been beaten and shot three times in a struggle. The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) initially considered the case a botched burglary, and the crime remained unsolved. Rasmussen's father believed that Stephanie Lazarus, an LAPD officer, was a prime suspect. Detectives who re-examined the cold case files in 2009 were eventually led to Lazarus, by then herself a detective. A DNA sample she unknowingly discarded was matched to one from a bite on Rasmussen's body that had remained in the files. Lazarus was convicted of the murder in 2012 and is serving a sentence of 27 years to life for first-degree murder at the California Institution for Women in Corona. Lazarus appealed the conviction, claiming that the age of the case and the evidence denied her due process. She also alleged that the search warrant was improperly granted, her statements in an interview prior to her arrest were compelled, and that evidence supporting the original case theory should have been admitted at trial. In 2015, the guilty verdict was upheld by the California Court of Appeal.[5] Some of the police files suggest that evidence that could have implicated Lazarus earlier in the investigation was later removed, perhaps by others in the LAPD. Rasmussen's parents unsuccessfully sued the department over this and other aspects of the investigation. Jennifer Francis, the criminalist who found key evidence from the bite mark, unsuccessfully sued the City of Los Angeles, claiming she was pressured by police to favor certain suspects in this and other high-profile cases and was retaliated against when she brought this to the LAPD's attention.

UFO Reporting Center Telephone Recordings from UFO Encounter Witnesses ACTUAL AUDIO #1
UFO Reporting Center Telephone Recordings from UFO Encounter Witnesses ACTUAL AUDIO #1 National UFO Reporting Center - Information and Policies The National UFO Reporting Center was founded in 1974 by noted UFO investigator Robert J. Gribble. The Center’s primary function over the past four decades has been to receive, record, and to the greatest degree possible, corroborate and document reports from individuals who have been witness to unusual, possibly UFO-related events. Throughout its history, the Center has processed over 150,000 reports, and has distributed its information to thousands of individuals. The principal means used by the Center to receive sighting reports is this website, which has operated continuously since 1994. Prior to that period, the telephone hotline and the U.S. mail were the primary means of taking reports. The Center’s independence from all other UFO related organizations, combined with its long standing policy of guaranteed anonymity to callers, has served to make it perhaps the most popular and widely accepted national UFO reporting facility anywhere. The website and hotline are well known by law enforcement agencies, FAA ARTCC’s and flight service stations, National Weather Services offices, military facilities, NASA, and many 911 emergency dispatch centers all across the United States and in many parts of Canada. Those entities routinely direct the calls they receive regarding possible UFO sightings to the Center. UFO Reporting Center Telephone Recordings from UFO Encounter Witnesses #1 One of the Center’s policies, which distinguishes its operations from most other UFO organizations, is that it makes available to the public all of its data in summary form. Detailed information is made available to experienced UFO investigators. True Crime Podcast 2022 Police Interrogations, 911 Calls and True Police Stories Podcast

Jake Evans 911 Call (FULL) Teen charged with murdering mother and sister
Jake Evans 911 Call (FULL) Teen charged with murdering mother and sister Texas Teen Tells 911 It Was 'Weird' to Kill His Mother and Sister Jake Evans is accused of capital murder for shooting and killing his family. Oct. 6, 2012 — -- In a chilling 911 call, Texas teen Jake Evans spent 20 minutes calmly recounting how he shot and killed his mother and sister, calling himself "evil." "It's weird," an even-voiced Evans told the 911 dispatcher. "I wasn't even really angry with them. It just kind of happened. I've been kind of planning on killing for a while now." Evans, 17, of Parker County, Texas, was arrested after he called police early Thursday morning to report he had killed his mother Jami Evans, 48, and his 15-year-old sister Mallory Evans. "I just thought it would be quick, you know? I didn't want them to feel any pain," he said. "That's why I used a gun, but it was like everything went wrong." He has been charged with capital murder, according to court documents, and is being held without bond. Evans did not give a specific reason for the killings, but said that he didn't "really like people's attitudes" and said people were "verbally rude to each other." "I guess this is really selfish to say, but to me, I felt like they were just suffocating me in a way," he said calmly. "I don't know.Obviously, you know, I'm pretty, I guess, evil." He told the operator that he told his sister that his mother needed to see her. When his sister came out of her room, Evan said he shot her. She rolled down the stairs and he shot her again, he said. "I'll never forget this. My sister, she came down the stairs and she was screaming and I was telling her that I'm sorry but to just hold still--that, you know, I was just going to make it go away," he said. "But she just kept on freaking out, but finaly she she fell down, and I got her in the head about, probably, three times." He said he then shot his mom three or four times with a .22 revolver. The gun belonged to a family member, according to ABC News' Dallas-Forth Worth affilate WFAA. "Just to let you know, I hate the feeling of killing someone. I'm going to be messed up," he told the operator. "I'm really worried about nightmares and stuff like that. Are there any type of medications for that and stuff?" "I don't mean to sound like a wimp or anything, but this is, wow, I've never, like, done anything violent in my whole life," he added. When police arrived at the home, Evans was standing outside with his hands in the air and was arrested without incident, according to police. Authorities believe Evans' father was out of town on a business trip when the shootings occurred. Jami Evans was a teacher and an assistant principal at schools in the Aledo Independent School District from 1989 to 2004. "Aledo ISD is deeply saddened to learn of the death of a former employee and a former student," the school district said in a statement. "Her dedication to her students and her love of learning was an inspiration to all who knew her." "We also mourn the death of Mallory Evans, a former elementary and intermediate school student," the statement said. "She was a sweet child that will be missed by her friends and school family." Friends were shocked to hear about what Jake Evans had done. They described him as a nice and shy student who was an avid golfer. He played golf for Aledo High School where he was a student until he and his sister withdrew in January to be home schooled. "I just want people to know this action is not how we all know him," Cole Wooten, who said he had been in school with Evans since kindergarten, told WFAA. "I really liked him," classmate Clint McClellen said. "Nicest kid. Quiet, shy, kept to himself, but I liked that about him." Dr. Laurence Steinberg, an expert in psychological development during adolescence, said that it is common for others to say that there did not seem to be anything wrong with a young perpetrator. He said signs of trouble often surface in the days following an event, as an investigation unfolds. "It's extremely unlikely that a perfectly normal 17-year-old kid would take out a shotgun and kill members of his family," Steinberg told ABCNews.com. "There's a little bit in what he said that sounds a little psycho-pathological in a sense that he does not seem to have the emotional response to what he did," he said. "Being callous and unemotional is a classic sign of a psychopath, so maybe he has some tendencies in that direction." But Steinberg cautioned that sometimes it can be difficult to differentiate between shock and someone who is just unemotional.

SOUL CRUSHING Full audio of 911 call from flash flood drowning victim Horrifying 911 Audio, Body Cam Footage Released After Fort Smith Woman Drowns During Flash Flooding Graphic Warning: This story and the accompanying audio and video are graphic in nature, and the content may be disturbing. Though it was a difficult decision, Graphic Warning: This story and the accompanying audio and video are graphic in nature, and the content may be disturbing. Though it was a difficult decision, we have decided to broadcast and post the 911 call for help after concerns were raised as to how dispatchers and first responders handled the situation. FORT SMITH, Ark. (KFSM) — 911 audio recordings and body camera footage from Fort Smith police officers during their efforts to try and save a Fort Smith woman from last weekend's flash flooding have been released. The audio files released are those of a woman's last dying moments. On Monday (August 26) between dispatchers and first responders were released during their efforts to locate the woman. You can listen to the 911 call in the audio file below. We warn you, some may find it difficult to listen to. Update: The 911 audio has been edited to remove the final moments of the call. Debra Stevens died around 6 a.m. Saturday (August 24) on Kinkead Avenue while delivering papers. According to the Fort Smith Police Department, the 911 call came in at 4:38 a.m. First responders were dispatched at 4:40 a.m. The first crews on the scene arrived at 4:53 a.m., but were not close enough to reach Stevens' because of high water. According to Aric Mitchell with the Fort Smith Police Department Stevens’ first call was to a family member. However, as floodwaters continued to rise around her, she dialed 911 from her cell phone. Due to high waters, it took more than an hour from Stevens' 911 call for first responders to make direct contact with her. Mitchell says that Stevens was having trouble describing her exact location and flooding limited the ability for first responders to locate her. By the time they got to where her vehicle was, it was too late. Emergency crews tried to rescue Stevens but the water was too high and too fast. When first responders were finally able to pinpoint the location of Mrs. Stevens’ vehicle, the swift, rising water made immediate rescue impossible. In the recording, you can hear first responders trying to take multiple routes to rescue her. After Stevens vehicle became trapped in floodwaters, it floated into a creek at the end of the road. She was unable to escape and died as water filled her car. The Fort Smith Police Department is attempting to remain as transparent as possible in this tragedy and has released a timeline of events: The 911 dispatcher, Donna Reneau, can be heard telling Stevens "this will teach you next time don't drive in the water...how you didn't see it, you had to go right over it." Fort Smith Police Chief Danny Baker released the following statement about the events from Saturday (August 24) morning: “I am heartbroken for this tragic loss of life and my prayers are with Debra’s family and friends. All of our first responders who attempted to save Mrs. Stevens are distraught over the outcome. For every one of us, saving lives is at the very core of who we are and why we do what we do. When we are unsuccessful, it hurts.” Baker also addressed Reneau's actions, saying "the manner that she spoke during this conversation would have probably been addressed, but it would have been more a rudeness quality type service complaint. I don't think it would have risen to the level of terminating someone." Reneau, who is a certified dispatch trainer for new employees, put in her two weeks notice before this and that call came on her last day and final shift. She was named fire dispatcher of the year in February. "We can't investigate someone who no longer works here. However, an investigation into our policies, our responses, our dispatch center, I've talked to the fire chief, we are looking at what we can do to increase training for our dispatchers, swift water rescues and other things," Baker said. A memorial has been set up in remembrance for Stevens. The dispatcher that handled Stevens' call resigned two weeks ago and Saturday was her last shift, according to Fort Smith Interim Police Chief Danny Baker. A previous draft of this story stated the dispatcher was fired. This was corrected by Fort Smith Interim Police Chief Danny Baker.

Robert Willy Pickton "The Pig Farm Killer" Serial Killer
Robert Willy Pickton "The Pig Farm Killer" Serial Killer The Pig Farmer Killer — He Killed 49 Women and Fed Them to Pigs Only to get caught trying to make his tally an “even 50” Robert William Pickton, aka “Willy” was a quiet Canadian man who grew up in a family of pig farmers. His family had been in the business of pig farming for three generations but by the time Pickton and his siblings inherited the pig farm, they’d only raise a few pigs on the farm and sell them to friends and neighbors. They, in fact, sold parts of the inherited land for large sums of money, not having much intention of continuing the family business. However, it wasn’t pig farming that made Willy rather infamous in Canada and the rest of the world. He is known to have murdered as many as 49 women, having been arrested due to his admitted “sloppiness” in trying to make his tally an “even 50” or the “big five-O.” A Contradicting Tale of Quiet Nature and Rave Parties Willy was described by most of his friends as a pretty “quiet and simple guy” who didn’t really have any visible devious habits that would draw much attention. He wasn’t known to be much of a drinker, or didn’t really do any substance abuse, nor was he ever known to be too violent. After neglecting the original pig farming business inherited from their parents, Willy and his siblings registered a non-profit charity by the name of “The Piggy Palace Good Times Society” with the Canadian government in 1996. They claimed to “organize, co-ordinate, manage and operate special events, functions, dances, shows, and exhibitions on behalf of service organizations, sports organizations, and other worthy groups”. What these not-for-profit events eventually ended up being were a series of rave parties where members of music bands and other partygoers would come and engage in substance abuse and also engage with many sex workers. The events were quite large and attracted as many as 2,000 people. After some complaints about the nature of activities held under the name of the charity, and some ruckus created at a New Year’s Eve party in 1998, police intervened and banned any future parties at the pig farm, and also stripped the non-profit status of the society in the following year for lack of sufficient financial statements. The Murders & The Discovery In March 1997, Willy was first charged for the attempted murder of a sex worker called Wendy, who had been stabbed several times following an argument at the farm. Wendy had managed to grab the weapon off Willy, stabbed him back, and escaped despite being handcuffed by him. Pickton received treatment at a nearby hotel and was also later released on bail. The charges were dismissed in January of 1998. It was later that year that the injunction was brought to the farm and the charity to host any events and parties. One of the workers at the farm, Bill Hiscox, noted that many of the women that visited the farm eventually went missing and reported his suspicions to the local police. In February of 2002, when the police visited the farm with a search warrant, they found multiple items belonging to the missing women. Willy and his brother David Pickton were arrested on charges of owning illegal weapons. While they were later released, police maintained surveillance on the brothers. On further investigation, police suspected Willy of a series of murders of the various missing women, and over the course of the year, Willy was charged for a total of fifteen first-degree murders. Over the next three years, by October of 2005, the tally of the first-degree murder charges had gone up to a staggering twenty-seven. Excavations at the farm continued for over a whole year, and cost about $70mn — making it one of the most expensive investigations in Canada’s history. The excavations revealed cut skulls, broken jaws, and other bodily remains of multiple women including the DNA of as many as 33 different women. Baltimore City Police Commissioner releases body-camera camera AUDIO of fatal police shooting
Baltimore City Police Commissioner releases body-camera camera AUDIO of fatal police shooting Baltimore police released a body-worn camera video Tuesday from the officer who shot and killed a man who was threatening a woman with a knife Sunday. The video shows the officer, identified as Zachary Rutherford, pulling up to the scene in West Baltimore, where he sees Tyree Moorehead on top of a woman and holding a large butcher knife at her head. Rutherford screams "drop the knife" but Moorehead continues to straddle the woman on the pavement. Rutherford then fires his weapon multiple times at close range, the video shows. As Rutherford fires his weapons, the woman rolls away to safety. She was not shot or stabbed, police said. "We can see that it's clear that the officer saved this lady's life out there that day," Commissioner Michael Harrison said. A second video from another officer, Officer trainee Michael Hazel, shows officers rendering medical aid to Moorehead. He was taken to the University of Maryland's Shock Trauma Center, where he later died. Harrison said the attack on the woman appeared to be random. The woman said she was running errands when he was attacked by Moorehead around 3:30 p.m. Thursday in the 1800 block of Lafayette Avenue. When asked if the use of force was excessive, Harrison said that the investigation by both the department and the state's Attorney General Office would answer that question. The Baltimore City chapter of the NAACP said the group "believes that police intervention was necessary," but questioned whether excessive force was used. "Fourteen shots were discharged from the officer's weapon. Is that use of force justified or is that a case of excessive force?" the group asked. Sovereign Citizen Gets Shut Down
Sovereign Citizen Gets Shut Down On January 18, 2022, Las Cruces Police Officer Joshua Milks was working as the crisis intervention coordinator for the Las Cruces Police Department when he was dispatched to the city library at 200 East Picacho for a trespassing incident involving a sovereign citizen. Library manager Margaret Neill had called about a male, later identified as Steven Mackmiller, who was refusing to wear a face covering in the library. At the time, a governor’s order was in effect that required face coverings all businesses. New Mexico's mask mandate was lifted by the governor one month later, on February 17, 2022. The following is from Officer Milks' report, lightly edited for clarity and brevity: when I arrived on scene, I could see Mackmiller, Neill and a security guard all standing by the library computers. Mackmiller stated that he just wanted to print out four pages of a document and complained that the staff was not allowing him to conduct his business. I explained to Mr. Mackmiller that he needed a face covering and he told me that he is an American “something” — that basically means he does not have to follow laws. I dismissed his claim and felt that arguing the law with Mr. Mackmiller would be pointless. He was recording our interaction on a camera and seemed to have his 'sovereign speech' rehearsed, so I took a stern approach and asked Mackmiller to either put on a face covering or leave the library. He continuously refused to put on a face covering so I told him that he could either leave, or he would be arrested for trespassing. Mr. Mackmiller wanted a supervisor, but I wanted him out of the library. In case the confrontation turned physical, I wanted to be outside. Mr. Mackmiller stated that he felt “threatened." He then walked to the front door, and refused to continue. I identified Mackmiller and checked him for wants and warrants; I wanted to ensure I was completely done with him, before I made him leave the property. During this process, Mackmiller requested a supervisor and I told him to go across the street. He refused, and wanted one on scene so I called Sergeant McCord over the radio to meet with us. I explained to Mackmiller that he would need to leave the property while waiting for a supervisor. I felt that Mackmiller was using the request for a supervisor to prolong his ability to be in the parking and to also test what kind of response he would get from me. Throughout the interaction, I felt that Mackmiller was testing me to see if he could bait me into a physical interaction with the intention of suing me, the city or the department. Each time I explained to Mackmiller that he would be arrested, he curbed his behavior. Mackmiller requested that I write a police report for this incident, so by policy I gave him a case number and documented this report. I believe that Mackmiller got upset when he realized that I was not going to give him the response he wanted. Consequently, he walked off. Mackmiller told me that he would sue me and that I should wait to expect something in the mail. I waited as Mackmiller walked off before going inside to interview Ms. Neill. Neill said that MMackmiller refused to wear a face covering even after they offered him one, or several other suggestions on what he could wear as an approved covering. In my conversation with Ms. Neill she also expressed the feeling that Mr. Mackmiller was just looking for a reaction that he could record and publish for whatever alternate motives he has. I was out of trespass cards at the time, so I went back to the station to pick one up and give it to Ms. Neill. [End of report]

'It's time to die': Chilling words of drugged-up UPS driver in Miami 'who pointed a gun at a BABY before shooting dead his father who shielded his son with his own body': Is held without bond after court appearance

Tamarius Davis, 22, from Georgia, charged with murder for the killing of Colorado tourist Dustin Wakefield

Police and family said Wakefield was eating dinner with wife and baby son at a Miami Beach restaurant when Davis approached the family with a gun

Relative said Davis pointed gun at Wakefield's one-year-old son, but the dad shielded him and was shot multiple times

Witnesses reported seeing Davis celebrate by dancing on top of Wakefield's body

Davis was said to have told cops he shot Wakefield at random because he 'was high on mushrooms, which made him feel empowered'

Harrowing new details have emerged in connection with the deadly shooting that claimed the life of a young father in Miami Beach on Tuesday, including how the suspected killer pointed a gun at the victim's one-year-old son and said, 'It's time to die.'

Tamarius Davis, 22, a UPS driver from Georgia, was arrested on a count of murder for allegedly gunning down Dustin Wakefield, 21, who was visiting Miami Beach with his family, including his wife and baby son.

Wakefield's uncle, Michael Wakefield, told DailyMail.com on Thursday that the gunman, whom he slammed as a 'dirt bag,' approached his nephew and other relatives at random as they were having dinner at an outdoor Mexican restaurant on Ocean Drive.

'The suspect came up to Dustin and said “ it’s time to die”,' Michael recounted in a Facebook Messenger exchange. 'The suspect pointed the gun at my nephew['s] son then Dustin replied back to him saying “he’s just a baby” and then Dustin stood in front of he’s [sic] son and then he was shot.'

According to the uncle, who was not present during the attack but was told about it by Dustin's mother, his nephew sustained multiple gunshot wounds, including to the head.

As it was previously reported by news outlets citing eyewitness accounts, Davis then allegedly celebrated by dancing over Dustin's body as he lay dying on the ground.

'You can’t wrap your head around this type of evil,' the uncle said.

Richard Allen Faces Two Counts Of Murder - Delphi Murders Arrest Update
Richard Allen Faces Two Counts Of Murder - Delphi Murders Arrest Update A man has been arrested and charged with murder in the 2017 killings of 2 teen girls in Indiana, authorities say A five-and-a-half-year search for a suspect in the killings of two Indiana teens that stretched nationwide ended with the arrest of a local man, authorities said Monday. How investigators came to arrest 50-year-old Richard M. Allen, of Delphi, will remain a mystery for now, as a court has sealed charging documents and the investigation remains open, but authorities say Allen is charged with two counts of murder in the 2017 slayings of Abigail Williams, 13, and Liberty German, 14. The pair went for a hike along Delphi Historic Trails in February of that year but never showed up at a previously arranged time to meet Libby’s dad, police said. Their bodies were found the next day in a wooded area near the trail, about a half mile from the Monon High Bridge where they’d been dropped off, according to police. A grainy video of a man walking and a garbled voice recording were among the scant clues authorities publicized over the years. Police arrested Allen on Wednesday, according to a news release, and formally charged him Friday before transporting him to White County Jail. He is being held without bail. 2,086 days after the bodies of Libby German and Abby Williams were found in Delphi, an arrest has been made in connection with their death. Escape From A House Of Horrors FULL AUDIO The Turpin Sisters
Escape From A House Of Horrors FULL AUDIO PERRIS, Calif. -- Jordan Turpin quietly climbed up on a windowsill of her parents' home without them knowing and dropped down into the outside world. The 17-year-old had only been outside a few times in her entire life and she was terrified. Her hands were shaking uncontrollably as she held a deactivated cell phone her parents didn't know she had, but thinking of her siblings chained up inside the house, she worked up the courage to dial 911. "I was always terrified that if I called the cops or tried to escape, I would get caught, and then I knew I would die if I got caught," Jordan, now 21, told ABC News' Diane Sawyer in an exclusive interview. "But at the end, when I saw all my younger siblings, I knew that's what I had to do." Jordan's bravery that day in January 2018 freed herself and her siblings from a life of horrific abuse and captivity at the hands of their parents, David and Louise Turpin, who are now in prison for beating, shackling and starving 12 of their 13 children. "That was my only chance," Jordan said. "I think it was us coming so close to death so many times. If something happened to me, at least I died trying." Jordan and her eldest sibling, Jennifer Turpin, are telling their story for the first time in an exclusive interview with Sawyer. They are the first of any of the Turpin children to share their stories. In their interview, the Turpin daughters described physical abuse and being deprived of food, hygiene, education and health care for years. "The only word I know to call it is 'hell,'" said Jennifer Turpin, reflecting on the trauma of her childhood

Shocking Deathbed Confessions From History A MUST LISTEN!
Shocking Deathbed Confessions From History A MUST LISTEN! When facing the end, it's time to come clean - at least that's what happened for numerous individuals who committed some pretty heinous and noteworthy acts. Admissions of murder, theft, and the forging of famous photos are just some of the shocking deathbed confessions that have come down to us through history. It's hard to tell if all of these confessions are true, but several of them provided answers to seemingly unanswerable questions, offered resolutions to previously cold cases, or gave families much-needed closure. These last words definitely left an impression. An Outlaw Biker Admitted To Slaying A Teenager And Feeding Her Body To Alligators When 17-year old Amy Billig disappeared on March 4, 1974, the entire community of Coconut Grove, FL, was devastated. Billig reportedly made a trip home after getting out of school, changed clothes, and was seen getting into a van to visit her father's place of business. She never arrived. Investigators looked for Billig, but to no avail, and even used her journal as a guide to try to figure out what had happened to the girl. Authorities found her camera by the highway, but there were no real leads as to her whereabouts. Billig's mother, Susan, never stopped looking for her daughter and traveled around the world, following potential leads. She wrote a book about her investigation, detailing all of the tips called in and the motorcycle outlaw subculture she was drawn into as she searched for her daughter. One of the strongest leads Susan possessed was that Billig had been taken by members of the Pagans motorcycle club to party in the Everglades. In 1998, a former "enforcer" for the Pagans, Paul Branch, confessed to the deed, admitting the club had picked Billig up, slipped her something, then taken her to their clubhouse, and repeatedly assaulted her. Billig's heart stopped as a result of the substances and abuse, and the gang dropped her body in the swamps of the Everglades to get rid of the evidence, feeding her to the alligators to cover their tracks. According to authorities, Branch and other members of the Pagans had been questioned in Billig's disappearance, but repeatedly denied any knowledge of the event. Only at the end did Branch admit to his wife that members of the club were responsible. It's unclear if Susan Billig ever believed Branch's confession or if an actual confession ever took place. Authorities were hesitant to believe Branch's widow, thinking she was trying to capitalize on the passings of Billig and her husband. Susan Billig continued to look for her daughter, indicating she wasn't satisfied with the widow's information.
