11月24日，一段视频显示，在重庆某小区大门门口，一名身背超人背包的男子面对众多市民大声怒斥疫情防控政策。
周围的市民们纷纷回应这位男子，并称他“说得好”。
随后，赶来的警察试图将这位男子带走，该男子高喊“帮我一下！”，居民们强行从警察手上救出该男子，并欢呼着送他离开。
