Grinding Gear Games is entirely shifting the boss fight philosophy they had in Path of Exile 1 with the release of POE2. While the bosses look super fun, the systemic changes are setting up Path of Exile 2 to be an absolute banger of an ARPG. It needs to be to compete with No Rest For the Wicked, Diablo 4, and Last Epoch!
