Today ended up being a little bit of a dumpster fire with a $1,307 realized loss today. I realized I made a mistake after hours yesterday when I reviewed my SLV trade. The issue was I bought premium on SLV when IV spiked to the yearly high. Sometimes in trading you make dumb mistakes and this is how you pay for it. Sometimes we need a reminder and experiences like this push us back into our lane of profitable trades. My DASH position also paid dearly due to the UBER news. Outside of DIS, I lost on every single one of my long premium positions. If this teaches you anything, short premium. It's better for you and your account haha
