Qilan is located in Datong Township, Yilan County, about 38 kilometers away from Yilan City and Luodong Town. In order to let tourists wander easily in this beautiful mountain and water, the park has carefully planned a forest bathing trail with natural broad-leaved forests along the way, a garden trail viewing area with various flowers and trees, a historically valuable former President Jiang’s residence, coffee, refreshment and light snacks. The canyon bar, the hot spring that heals the body and mind, brings together rich themes such as ecology, leisure, food, etc., and life is more colorful!
Shenmu Garden is the largest cypress tree garden in Asia! Nearly 100 red cypress trees and Taiwan cypress trees stand in the park, which is amazing; the sacred trees in the park are all named after the ancient sages and sages of the past. The age of the trees is combined with the historical figures and dynasties, which is full of ingenuity and creativity. "Forest" engraving; among them, the ancient cypress forest area also has long and short-distance circular trails and rest facilities, providing tourists with a 1-2 hour ecological tour of the Shenmu Garden. Shenmu Garden is located about 75 kilometers away from Taiwan Line 7 (Beijing Highway) and 12 kilometers away from Line 100 Forest Road. It is 21 kilometers away from Mingchi Forest Recreation Area in the west and 25 kilometers away from Qilan Forest Recreation Area in the east.

神木園是亞洲最大檜木神木園！近百棵千年以上的紅檜與台灣扁柏矗立園區，令人讚嘆；園區內的神木，皆以歷代古聖先賢之名命名，用樹齡與歷史人物朝代結合，充滿巧思創意，令人印象「森」刻；其中古老的檜木林區還貼心設有長、短程環行步道及休憩設施，提供遊客從事1-2小時的神木園生態之旅。神木園位於臺7線(北橫公路)約75公里處轉100線林道12公里處，西距明池森林遊樂區21公里，東離棲蘭森林遊樂區25公里。
