Tesla (TSLA) has settled a lawsuit over a fatal crash in which the driver used its Autopilot software. The family of the Apple engineer killed in the crash allege Tesla oversold the technology's capabilities, while Tesla made the case the driver had been playing a game on his phone at the time of the crash.
