Newsom looks ahead to APEC meeting after returning from China

After a week of sightseeing, city hopping and meetings throughout China, Gov. Gavin Newsom is back in California. "All of us are recharging here as we get back. I haven't had time to be candid with you to truly fully digest," the governor said on a call with reporters Tuesday. "We're in the process of doing just that as we prepare for meetings around APEC."
