We went to middle Taiwan. There is a low-key vendor called Ru's Street Food. They sold three massive items- Pan-fried Buns, Scallion Sticks, Leek Buns. All of the materials are handmade! They will mix the flour,water,salt and yeast to make the buns and sticks' skin. The process of making starchy are healing. It's soft but heavy! After the starchy getting bigger, they will start wrap the fillings into buns. They will start to pan-fried the three popular items! Enjoy the healing process of popular street food in Taiwan!
