NATO Chief Warns Of "Full Scale" Russia War, More US Arms For Ukraine, Kremlin Threat

Ukraine has said that it pushed out Russian soldiers from the strategic Snake Island in the Black Sea. The frontline eastern city of Lysychansk is under relentless shelling as Russia presses on with its offensive in eastern Ukraine. Ukrainian General Oleksii Hromov says Russia ramped up missile strikes on targets in the country. Two civilians were killed in Donetsk oblast region after Russia attacked Krasnohorivka and Sydorove, as per Kyiv. Pro-Russian officials have said that a ship carrying 7,000 tonnes of grain sets sail from Ukraine's occupied port city of Berdyansk. Russian President Vladimir Putin has responded to UK PM Boris Johnson’s jibe at his macho image. During a visit to Minsk, Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov said “an iron curtain was falling” between Russia and the West. Boris Johnson has said that Putin's actions had made NATO "stronger" and united the West. NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg has said that there is a possibility of a war between NATO and Russia. US President Joe Biden has announced an additional $800 million in military aid to Ukraine during the NATO summit.
