材料:
白米 適量
臘腸 1條
雞肉 300克
冬菇 2隻
薑(切絲) 適量

雞肉醃料:
生抽 1湯匙
蠔油 2湯匙
料酒 1湯匙
糖 1茶匙
粟粉 1茶匙



Ingredients:
Rice
1 Chinese Sausage
300g Chicken
2 Shiitake Mushrooms
Sliced Ginger

Marinate for Chicken:
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp Cooking Wine
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Corn Starch
