來到農曆七月，這代表整個台灣有無數的祭典、普度和傳統儀式即將舉行。
我決定北上來到美麗的港口城市基隆，見證最古老的「鷄籠中元祭」。
這也是我第一次目睹這類型的活動，夜間有無數絢爛的大型花車遊行，穿越基隆市區的大街小巷。
港口邊的水燈施放，台灣最經典的普度祭壇「主普壇」，我非常幸運並且感激這次有機會目睹如此重大的節日，感受基隆人們的熱情與寬容。
It’s ghost month, and that means all across Taiwan, there are countless festivals, Pu Du’s and rituals happening. I decided to head up to the beautiful port city of Keelung to witness the largest Ghost Festival on the island. I’ve never seen anything quite like this; from the Water Lantern parade, where colorful “hua Che” or Flower Cars drive through the streets, bringing blessings to each of the four major temples in the city, to the Feng Shui Deng, a water lantern event along the coast, to the largest Pu Du event in taiwan, this was an amazing experience. I was lucky enough to be able to film the entire event and share everything with you! Enjoy!
