UK Reaches Agreement To Join Indo-Pacific Trade Pact | Setback For China In Its Own Backyard?

The United Kingdom has agreed to join an 11-country trans-Pacific trade pact as it looks to deepen ties in the region. PM Sunak said Britain had agreed to join the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP). The agreement is expected to be formally signed by year end, after final approval from Parliament and the 11 member states. Watch the video to find out more about CPTPP.
