絕版影像館UP Gallery 成立於2009 年是台灣首座專門以藝術攝影與影像作品展出的藝廊。創辦人廖益嘉認為台灣需要一個優質的場域，讓藝術攝影與影像藝術被看見。藝廊名稱象徵提升台灣藝術攝影與影像藝術價值，並確立版次的觀念。無可取代的價值是藝術攝影擁有獨特的潛力，而絕版的唯一性是藝廊對自身的期許。
藝廊現任藝術總監廖子寧（Agnes）畢業於蘇富比藝術學院（倫敦）攝影碩士學位，同時也擔任《藝術市場上的攝影：從交易到收藏的操作與演變》 一書的審校。她主力專研當代藝術攝影市場脈絡也致力於發掘亞洲新銳藝術家並引領他們進入全球藝術攝影界。

ARTREK - Your Best Trek to amazing galleries in Taiwan. ARTREK is a brand-new project of Taiwan Art Gallery Association (TAGA) in 2021. Through this project, we are bringing you spectacular art scenes, artists' stories and gallerists' opinions in Taiwan.
EP9 will take you to the journey of UP Gallery, solely dedicates to exhibiting photography and moving-image works Yichia Liao the founder of the gallery foresaw the need for a great platform to exhibit photography in Taiwan. The gallery provides a great viewing experience for audiences to enjoy photographic and moving-image works.
UP Gallery, in short of Unique Photo Gallery, introduced the concept of editions and seek to enhance the value of photography in Taiwan ever since its establishment. The gallery believes the value in a photograph has unique potential. Uniqueness and progression lead to one direction: UP, which is the gallery’s core value.
Current artistic director Agnes Liao graduated from Sotheby’s Institute of Art (London) with a MA in photography is also the reviewer of the mandarin version of the book “Photography and the Art Market”. She specialises in the field of contemporary art photography and is committed to discovering emerging Asian artists while guiding them into the global art photography world.
