Why I Get Prepared Meals Delivered To My Door?
I've given up on grocery shopping and now have all of my meals delivered fully prepared straight to my doorstep. Why?
Number one: Time Saving. No more grocery shopping, cooking or meal prep that's hours each week. I can now invest into growing my business and spending time on what's important to me.
Number two: Portion Control. I don't know about you, but I have a really hard time leaving food on my plate. If I have my meals portion now, I don't over eat.
Number three: Less Waste. Because of my busy schedule, I find myself throwing out food that's gone bad or is just extra.
Number Four: Healthier Eating. There are so many companies to choose from nowadays with prepared meals. I'm a fan of Factor because they offer a high protein, low calorie option, which is very tasty.
Number five: Price At About $15 A Meal. I find I save money. Yes, I could eat for less if I bought groceries, but I wasn't doing that. I was eating out a lot. And you can't do that for $15 at least. Not good food anyway. Comment below. What are your favorite meal delivery services?
