今回は元祖オムライス北極星さんのルクア大阪店を撮影しました。
12人前のオムライスを一度に作ります。豪快鍋振りはまさに職人技です。
北極星さんは1922年(大正11)年に洋食屋パンヤの食堂（北極星の前身）をはじめて、1925年(大正14)に誕生したのがオムライスだそうです。
