From the book of Genesis onward, Satan has been on a mission to restrain women from fulfilling her destiny as a co-heir and co-laborer with Christ. Yes, she is different and unique, yet in Christ, she is qualified to rise up and boldly release the authority of Heaven on earth.
It’s only when this mandate is fully restored and its expression is encouraged in the church that we will begin to see Holy Spirit outpouring demonstrated in a more complete and dynamic way. As long as women are restrained from preaching and prophesying, biblically speaking, we are only going to experience a trickle of revival when God wills a river.
In this episode of Keep It 100, we have an inspiring and potentially life- changing talk with author, reformer and Momma Bear Jenny Donnelly.

As Humans, we gravitate toward the beautiful, and we find all kinds of ways to enjoy, create, and even market beauty. Take a look at magazine covers, popular Instagram accounts, travel blogs, art exhibits and performances, craft websites, or famous tourist spots around the world, and you are likely to find one thing in common: beauty. The fashion and beauty industries generate billions of dollars of revenue each year for a very good reason: we not only want beauty in our lives, but we also want to be beautiful.
God also loves beauty, as Thomas Aquinas asserts, God “is beauty itself”. In Christ, we not only see beauty in appearance, but beauty in action.
In this episode of Keep It 100, we have a transparent conversation on the "aesthetics" of Truth and the "beauty" of Jesus and are joined by Pastor, and podcaster John Hammer.

With every season that we exit out of and enter into, there are "landmarks" and "land mines", This year 2024 will be no exception and will carry a unique weight of Destiny on it. This year will pose some different challenges, but it's a season of fresh strategies, breakout reformations and unexpected harvest. There will be a need to be open to Holy Spirit "deviations" to disrupt Hell's agenda.
In this episode of Keep It 100, we talk about what we are witnessing in this hour and interview Christa on her sense of what God is speaking to her about this upcoming season (based on a message she preached at "Momentum 2024.

In the context of physics, momentum is a fundamental concept that describes the quantity of motion an object possesses. Momentum is a vector quantity, meaning it has both magnitude and direction.
In the Kingdom, there is an acceleration and momentum taking place in the Spirit. God is significantly breathing upon things, thus causing an increase in momentum that will result in huge kingdom advancement that propels you from stagnation to manifestation. His momentum is strategically available to take you to and through places He has called you to and places you've never been.
In this episode of Keep It 100, we have a powerful conversation along the lines of what we sense God is saying in this season.

The spiritual exercise of making decrees finds its precedent in both Old and New Testaments --the practice means simply quoting God's promises back to him, "reminding" him of what he has said. This kind of prayer is one of the most vital forms of intercession. In fact, the practice of decreeing God's Word not only builds our faith but transforms our lives.
Job 22:28 states, "You will also declare a thing, and it will be established for you; So light will shine on your ways." This scripture is a powerful attestment to the power of spoken words,

Leadership is a multifaceted concept that encompasses the ability to guide, influence, and inspire others toward a common goal or vision. Leadership involves various skills, traits, and behaviors that individuals employ to effectively lead and manage a people...and on top of that 'Spiritual Leadership' is even more crucial and challenging in this hour.
The major crisis of our day is the crisis of leadership and without godly leadership, there is a scattering that will leave a void that darkness fills.

When spiritual leaders fall from grace, it can have significant and far-reaching consequences for both their followers and the broader community. Spiritual leaders are often held to high moral and ethical standards, and their actions can deeply impact the trust and faith that people place in them.
The fallout from the fall of a spiritual leader can extend beyond the immediate community to impact the reputation of the broader faith or spiritual tradition. This can lead to skepticism and distrust from those outside the community.
In this episode of Keep It 100, we have an authentic conversation on "Moral Failures" of leaders and how to process the scenario and navigate the disappointment well.

Many cultures throughout history have attached profound spiritual and cultural significance to dreams. Dreams have inspired countless works of literature, art, and film. Dreams are a common part of the human experience, and they have been the subject of much study and speculation throughout history. They have often been viewed as messages from the Divine and sources of guidance.Dreams in Scriptures have often been a means of divine communication. God uses dreams to convey messages, guidance, and revelations to individuals. In the Old Testament, God spoke to figures like Abraham, Jacob, and Joseph through dreams, providing them with important instructions and insights. biblical narratives are inspired by dreams and visions.Even in the story of Joseph, once he had a God dream, his brothers thought to kill him and enslave the dream and the dreamer. Likewise today, perhaps the greatest threat to Divine dreams is a "Religious Spirit".In this episode of Keep it 100, we talk about the prophetic significance of dreams and have a conversation with The Altar Global movement's founder Jeremiah Johnson.

Why do many Christians put such a great emphasis on Israel? What makes Israel more significant from a biblical worldview than from a current mindset? "If you’re like me, you’ve often wondered why the Church places such an importance on “standing with Israel.” You’ve probably even seen some believers seeming "a little bit out of balance" in how they act, out of appreciation for Israel and the Jewish culture. Rather than just showing allegiance to Israel ,without knowing why, it’s important to get God’s heart for Israel and to understand her Biblical importance, to us as individuals. In this episode of Keep It 100, we have a conversation and share from a biblical perspective what God has said concerning Israel, the battle over the strip of land and their place in the prophetic storyline."

A few years ago, historian John Lukacs spoke on the campus of Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy, Massachusetts. While there Lukacs was interviewed by ENC professors and said the following about language:"Language is a very mysterious gift from God. In the beginning was the Word. Not the Fact. Not the Picture. Not the Number. Not the Image. It is through words that we relate to each other. It is through words that we can give pain or pleasure to each other. And because of this -- and every historian worth his salt ought to know this -- the choice of the word is not only a matter of accuracy, not only an aesthetic choice, it is a moral choice."Today, we are witnessing an increasing vulgarity becoming mainstream in our modern vernacular. We have always had "cuss words' ', but now we are seeing a justification of it in certain circles of Christianity and even some pulpits. The Bible is pretty clear about the choice of our words and unclean words coming out of our mouths. So, instead of asking, “Can I say bad words without sinning,” we should ask, “Are my words reflecting the Holy Spirit’s transforming work in my life?”In this episode of Keep it 100, we talk about this topic and have a conversation with Pastor of Hungry Gen Church and Author Vlad Savchuk.

We are all created to CONNECT WITH GOD, and we are all created for relationship with Him. We are NOT GUESTS in the house of God. We are a family at the table of the Lord. Coming to the table of God awakens conversation with Him on a very intimate level. I believe the ability to personally hear the voice of God is essential for Christian living in the 21st century. It allows a FLOW OF HEAVEN into our experiences and circumstances. The beautiful thing about it...Is ONE WORD from God can CHANGE YOUR ENTIRE LIFE!! Moses walked in some incredible miracles, but maybe his greatest contribution to the faith might have been his cry to experience the Glory. He experienced things that would have satisfied lesser followers, but he understood something vital to the faith. He kept it VERTICAL amidst a people that seemed trapped in the Horizontal. “Vertical” Christianity makes a connection between the individual and the Holy – from you to God. “Horizontal” Christianity makes a connection between the individual and everything and everyone around you.
In this episode of Keep It 100, we continue the conversation about living that Vertical Life and why lapsing into a horizontal faith could have damaging effects that might be going undetected.

Sometimes similar to Mary and Joseph (in Luke 2:41-46), we can lose Jesus in Church! Certain horizontal dogma and dimensions can cloud us from the VERTICAL FOCUS and from an undistracted gaze upon Heaven. “Vertical” Christianity makes a connection between the individual and the Holy – from you to God. “Horizontal” Christianity makes a connection between the individual and everything and everyone around you.
Many contemporary worship expressions tend to be horizontal, building on community and actively engaging everyone in common human interests. Songs that are used in horizontal worship don’t talk about “Him” or “The Eternal”, they talk about “we” and “us”. The Holy may not be treated as a desired connection to be sought by each individual, but instead center on our earthly interests. While we need both, the VERTICAL is to be established first and prioritized (Matt 6:33). Have we gotten so Horizontal that our individual walk and corporate expressions fail to get "the lift" and the LIFE of Christ in its fullness?
In this episode of Keep It 100, we talk about this subject and have a conversation with Gospel Artist and Worshipper, Heath King.

So many people are seeking freedom today. There is an epidemic of troubled-ness, emotional vexing, generational issues and bondages that are plaguing folks. As a result, people are looking to wrong sources or quick fix solutions that never get to the REAL ISSUES (that are deep within the human heart ). The only way to completely get rid of something is you must go after it at a ROOT LEVEL, and that is true of mental, emotional, physical & spiritual healing and DELIVERANCE. When you remove the root, you remove the condition, the harassing spirit, the torment and the demonic cycles. Maybe the liberation that we are seeking, is right before us and within our grasp, as we turn to the One who has ALL AUTHORITY. In this episode of Keep It 100, we talk about strongholds, false belief systems and soul ties and give some tools to bring freedom.

Revival is characterized by increased passion and fiery commitment to vintage spiritual beliefs and biblical practices. Worship plays a pivotal role in fueling this passion, as the acts of devotion and adoration reinforce one's commitment to God. Worship songs, scriptures, and teachings can serve as powerful sources of inspiration during a revival. They remind individuals of their spiritual heritage, the transformative power of God, and Heaven's ability in you to bounce back. This is increasingly needed when you transition through the ups & downs and seasons of life. Conversations on the idea of divine healing can sometimes bring up negative responses. It's at the point where people feel the need to give a trigger warning before they talk about it. This indicates a larger problem today in some church circles. Part of this is due to ignorance, part of this is due to some bad practices and personalities, but are we losing a corporate grip on a crucial "dinner bell" to the Gospel? Are we missing out on something the church is to major in, particularly in a day of super viruses, massive incurable diseases and rising anxieties. Jesus rose up out of the tomb and "took captivity captive and gave gifts to men"..So what if there is something revolutionary available that we are leaving behind that could alter the face of modern christianity? Our culture is in a BIG hurry. Fast foods, instant coffee, speed dating, ready-made goods, Doordash, and offers of easy solutions to difficult problems are trendy in our generation. Unfortunately, many have falsely applied this rule to the making of a leader. They expect an emergence of a Moses without the wilderness experience, an Esther without prayer and fasting, and a David without sheepherding in obscurity. Spiritual leadership without a price tag is nothing more than a shallow immature fantasy. You can microwave a potato in 7 minutes, but the making of a "golden" vessel of God can take a lifetime. Whether you saw it coming or not, the feeling is the same: You’re devastated. You gasp at your vulnerability and wonder, “Why did this happen?” Emotional pain is an inevitable part of life. Knowing that, doesn’t seem to make it any easier...
There are many things we do not have control over in life that cause us emotional pain. The death of a loved one, job loss, a breakup . . . these are things that happen to us randomly and without warning. What’s worse, is that we cannot do anything to change what happened after the fact.
What we can do in these situations is identify and focus on what we do have control over. Filters come in all shapes and sizes ,and people can have very different attitudes regarding them.
On one end of the spectrum are people who are in complete denial that they have any filters at all. They are convinced that their perspective is completely objective. On the other end we have people who don't know that they are victims of a false filter.
People today are constantly sharing pics, videos, vlogs that are edited or posed in such a way as to make their lives look like the most amazing… most awesome… most perfect life. That’s why we have photo and video editors… camera filters… photoshop… etc… So we can modify our pics… so we can remove any unwanted things, and only show the world what we want people to see…
It’s getting harder and harder to tell what is real… and what is fake. Bottom line, Do we trust God enough to take off the filters or do we keep trusting in the false filters of cultural substitutes, human reasoning, and bias viewpoints.
In this episode of Keep it 100, we will have a critical convo on filters, lens of modern distortion and taking the PLANK out of our own eyes.

Today there are SO many messages out there fighting for your attention and then your allegiance. There is a constant parade of half-truths, fake news and doctored facts to try to manipulate the masses. Writers of the Eternal Book tells us that the Adversary of our souls and the accuser of the brethren is endless in his attempt to get people to subject themselves to his deceit and web of lies. The Apostle from Tarsus, tells us that, "our struggle is against rulers, authorities and spiritual forces of evil. In order to see what Heaven has made us for, we need true spiritual grit and a holy revolt.
While rebellion generally seeks to evade and gain concessions from an oppressive power, a revolt seeks to overthrow and destroy that power, as well as its accompanying laws. The goal of rebellion is resistance while the goal of a revolt is a revolution. Holy revolting and walking out true grit has nothing to do with giftedness, but everything to do with your heart.
The end times will demand heart and perseverance, but these can see the rewards of the harvest in an unprecedented fashion.
In this episode of Keep It 100, we will hear from the powerhouse award-winning worship leader from Lakewood Church Dadra Greathouse, and share 3 secrets to spiritual grit.

Someone wrote, “It is never the size of your problem that is the problem. It's a lack of momentum. Without momentum, even a tiny obstacle can prevent you from moving forward."
All human beings on this planet are driven by momentum, whether we are aware of it or not! At this moment we are somewhat where we are due to the momentums that we have been building and participating in up to this point. God has created us for flow, to be in sync with His river of life. As we find that place of sync with His Presence, there is a momentum that is created in our lives. One deliverance. One miracle. One healing. One vision. One prophetic word. One relationship, one encounter is all it takes to start momentum.

Movements that have altered modern history are due to the fact that God moved in individual lives to make a difference in the world around them. Ideas that don’t move people and inspire them to act have never changed individuals, let alone history. Movements are marked by a compelling vision for the future based on a strong set of convictions. Movements require a sacrifice where individuals put the vision ahead of their own agendas and convenience. Movements are also culture-changing and depend on culture-making leaders to rise up. Forerunners of movements are those who dare to push against those boundaries to determine how resistant these constraints are to change. In this episode of Keep It 100, we will hit upon this dynamic subject and have an epic conversation with songwriter and international worship leader, Matt Gilman.

A relationship with God is crucial to our life and destiny. Without really establishing a deep relationship with God, we go off the rails or never get on them...That is why we need to be intentional about this thing called intimacy with God. It’s not enough to just throw up a quick prayer when you wake up, when you go to bed, or during a crisis, but there's a deeper place of satisfying connection that awaits you.
The truth is most of us desire to get close to God spiritually. But we get distracted easily and allow the temporary to eclipse the eternal. The things around us look enticing, but often become click bait in a bait and switch that leaves us feeling disconnected, alienated, and dry.
In the Garden, God longed to fellowship with us, but distraction and deceit took hold and we walked away from Him. Almost a thousand years later, when a man named Enoch walked with God, the Lord missed walking with man so much that He caught hold of Enoch and did not let him go!
In this episode of Keep It 100, we will conclude the topic of Holy Passions, have a conversation with Brian Guerin of Bridal Glory Min & Ascend Academy and finish with some hacks on harnessing holy intimacy.

Today, there is a major QUEST for INTIMACY...In our walk through life, we can become desperate for intimacy.. Intimacy issues take on many forms and show up in many different ways in our daily lives. While we often associate intimacy with the romantic and sexual connotations...The fact remains, your relationship with intimacy itself plays out in practically every area of your life.
With that being said, our level of comfort with intimacy itself… true intimacy, actually determines the quality of our lives.
In this episode of KEEP IT 100, we have a crucial conversation on HOLY PASSIONS, Divine Intimacy and Bridal Affections.

One of the most popular questions you will get from People today is "What is my purpose?" Everyone wants to know why they’re here and what they’re supposed to do with their lives. This question plagues people of all ages but what is the answer?
The mystery of human existence lies not in just staying alive, but in finding something to live for.
We want to know that what we do matters, that we are making a difference. And if we don’t understand why we are here or what we were made for, we’ll fill that need with whatever seems right at the time, whatever makes us happy.
Despite popular belief, God did not put us on this earth to be happy. Yes, He does promise us a life of abundance and joy in Christ, but too many people have eliminated God from their lives and are in pursuit of their own happiness at the expense of their purpose.
In this episode of KEEP IT 100, we are continuing the conversation on PURPOSE, talk about some pitfalls to purpose and keys to discovering your purpose!

We live in a day where so many books, so many Ted talks, blogs, teachings, and conversations are on the subject of purpose. Yet there doesn't seem like there has been a time where more people can't seem to find their purpose. Many don't even know how to define it let alone describe their struggle.
Purpose is defined as "the reason for which something is done or created or for which something exists, a person's sense of resolve or determination". It is the central motivating aim of your life, the reason you get up in the morning. It declares why you exist and anchors your life in the character and call of God. You were created on purpose with purpose... In short, you are the solution to a problem and becoming that solution is your purpose!
In this episode of Keep It 100, we have an incredible conversation with Pastor Rusty Nelson, whose recent life experience speaks to reconnecting with your "WHY" in life and close with the warning lights of missing God's purpose.

Technology today is disrupting every industry and every area of life. We’ve seen the digital revolution change the game in demand for human expertise. As a result, there is now a premium on intellectual curiosity and learnability, the desire and ability to quickly grow and adapt one’s skill is imperative. What you know is less relevant than what you may learn, asking the right questions may be more valuable than knowing the old answers.
Many times, the natural and spiritual realms parallel. We are in a time where we must adapt our spiritual skill sets, where believers must learn the ways of the Spirit, and as Paul says, “not be ignorant of spiritual gifts.” There is a modern-day school of the Spirit that God is enrolling His children in, just like the prophets of Old from Samuel to Malachi. As they were involved in schools of the Prophets, so are we needing to be uniquely trained for modern day Kingdom lifestyles. The prophet Samuel’s training occurred both in the tent of meeting at Shiloh as well as in Eli’s home. He both learned to minister before the Lord in the tent and learned to hear the voice of God in Eli’s house.
In this episode of KEEP IT 100, we will talk about some nuances of the prophetic, give an invitation to be schooled at another level and talk to a prophet Julian Adams.

There is a fire that has been growing in recent years. It’s not a new fire, it is a fire of mistrust and skepticism directed toward anything institutional.
Also, the last few years have been a rough stretch in the eyes of many, for the evangelical church. Plagued not only by the ever-persistent pandemic crisis, an increasingly polarized cultural-political environment as well as some instances of internal scandals.
Perhaps it is not surprising that this same period of time has seen a rise in so-called cases of de-construction—people who once claimed church going Christians but then, for whatever reasons, hit the roadblock of doubt and deconstruction and… bounced.
Doubt has become hip. It's a vibe. The desire to fit in with the cultural ethos of our moment is strong. That’s why so many de-conversion stories sound like everyone’s reading off the same script
But not everybody today has the same ideas when it comes to the term “deconstruction”. For some, it simply means that we should ask hard questions about whether the version of Christianity we are following is consistent with the Scriptures. The writer of Ecclesiastes says not only is, “there is a time to tear down", but also that, "there is a time to build."
Deconstruction without reconstruction is a tragedy.
In this episode of KEEP IT 100 we will conclude our conversation on Deconstruction, give a biblical proven answer to this dilemma and hear from two young pastors who have personally faced this dynamic up close.

Social Media in the last few years has been full of conversations regarding deconstruction. Many people are talking about it from many different angles. Conversations about deconstruction seem to be ubiquitous. There are so many articles, so many social media links, and so many sermon series, dedicated to critiquing existing theological traditions, church platforms, or Christian public figures. It's not a new word or idea by any means, but it sure feels like "deconstruction" is the new, trendy word in Christian circles today. You have certain people who like things the way they are and who see deconstruction as either threatening or others with demo tools in hand that see it as a modern reformation. This arduous journey could take one to a deeper walk and foundation with the Lord or leave one shipwrecked. As witnessed today, although We have gotten pretty good at deconstructing our faith, and our belief system… building it back up is a whole other story. In this episode of KEEP IT 100, we will explore the roots of this tendentious subject, hit upon the 2 types of deconstruction, and distinguish between the positive and negative.

Wanting our own way is woven into the fabric of our fallen nature. Since the fall, it has been our default orientation. We can see this, even from our earliest days, whenever our way is crossed. We insist on our own way beginning in the cradle and then on the playground and in school, we grow up and then as adults it pops up in the workplace and our relationships.
Insisting on our own way is at the heart of most of our conflict, and at the bottom of almost all of the ways humans abuse others. This lack of love is a source of much human heartache and suffering. What if this has crept in unnoticed to our garden of faith? What if we are the last to know about it? But, what if there was a surefire way to detect and desist from this character flaw. In this episode of Keep It 100, we will bring the finale of our conversation on “Selfie-Stick Saints”, interview Director of Youth For the Nations, Micah Steger.

The modern 'selfie' has established itself as the latest form of self-expression. Is it a harmless fad or a dangerous sign of modern society's growing narcissism? We are living in a “selfie” culture of self-centered, self-promotion, and self-glorification. We want to know ourselves; be ourselves; we want to snap ourselves. Authenticity and self-awareness are worthy goals and even biblically encouraged. But often without warning or intention, this drive to know ourselves becomes all-consuming. It’s near impossible to not be affected by the age of self in which we currently live, It’s the cultural air we’re breathing. Selfie Culture may be new, but Self-Obsession Is not.
Our proclivity of being self-absorbed has been around since the garden. Those who would seek these things are setting themselves up as the latest image. This fits in perfectly with the American idol of selfie culture, could not be more contrary to the Christian worldview - where self-fades into the background of the King of Kings and submits to the identity of Christ.
In this episode of KEEP IT 100, we will bring light to Paul's prophecy of the End Times characteristic bend, talk about the cult of self and the secret given to release Kingdom impact.

Great changes are occurring in our World today, which demand a power that is beyond the natural plane that many cling to.... In this hour we need something beyond, we need the anointing.
But many of us don’t really know what it is or how it operates. THE anointing is not some mystical something out there. Everyone is anointed for something…called to do great exploits … Every one of us has an assignment on our life. But not everyone feels equipped to carry it out.
If you don’t feel like you can change your circumstances, you get stuck and rationalizations feel like the only thing left to do.
Despite the situation or circumstances we are in, each of us has a divine wellspring of power within us. If we can tap into that sense of supernatural power, it can help us push past the loss of control and sense of uncertainty about our current situation, and we may just change history as we know it!
In this episode Keep it 100, we continue our conversation on the ANOINTING, how to increase, release and not cease in it, plus we interview Founder of School of Reform, Brandon Gatson.

There’s a permeating feeling of powerlessness everywhere around us right now. Over the last few years, people have begun to discuss and debate power even more furiously, consistently and desperately than ever before. With mass shootings, record inflation, wars, international crises, new threats of diseases, the price of gas and the unpredictability of modern life - things feel a little crazy right now. Compound that with all the negativity thrown at people from all angles since forever, many don’t feel empowered and don’t have a lot of faith in their ability to handle the challenges life throws at them.
Still many feel uncertain about LIFE, health, and even our safety when we leave our homes. Rather than feeling like we are in charge of our lives, we feel like we are on hold, waiting for something to happen, for something to change, or for things to get back to “normal.” It’s like we’re in suspended animation. This sense of powerlessness is common.
What if the ultimate POWER is lying dormant within you, or available right in front of your grasp? God has made provision for this hour with a heavenly catalyst called the anointing.
In this episode of Keep It 100, we will begin our conversation on the anointing, how to walk in God’s special power, breaking YOKES and the secret to real impact and transformation!

We live in a time of great anxiety over the role of truth in public life. Media and popular culture are saturated with concerns over “fake news,” alternative facts and conspiracy theories. There is widespread concern over the breakdown of integrity, HONESTY and trust in public figures and the so-called experts, ...
There is the increasing difficulty of distinguishing between true and false claims, and the increasing willingness of predators to take advantage of this confusion.
There has been a widespread abandoning of the idea of universal or absolute truth from numerous segments of the culture. Secular relativists, New Age, neo-pagan, and postmodern thinkers all assault by argument or accusation those who claim any certainty about truth. On the one hand, there are plenty of people who live their lives passionately defending their “absolutes” that reflect personal bias & opinion level assertions meanwhile truths that can be defended rationally are hypocritically ignored. All the while. the number of people in the United States who believe in the existence of God, the deity of Christ, and the resurrection of Christ is staggering.
But maybe the number of people who believe in absolutes over relativism, gravitating towards a code of some sort, might actually be growing.
In this episode of Keep It 100, we will carry on this critical conversation on Absolutes, Ultimate Truth and have a guest interview with prophetic voice and critical thinker Katia Adams.

We live in a world that has dramatically changed its view of truth, resulting in an inherited value system that denies the existence of truth. Past generations of Americans viewed God as the basis of truth and morality. Not anymore. Hot topics include the chasm between the biblical view of sexuality and the secular view, which grows wider every day.
Every week there seems to be a new headline on social media about an author, blogger, musician, worship leader, Pastor or YouTube celebrity re-inventing historic Christian absolutes. The common thread in many of these stories is Progressive Christianity and cultural relativism. But what is it? Where did it come from? Is it really progressing? Why is it growing in popularity? And what has been its impact on society?
Historically, one of the most eternally significant questions in the Bible was posed by an unbeliever. Pilate— who turned to Jesus and asked, “What is truth?”
Two thousand years later, the whole world inhales Pilate’s cynicism on a hourly basis. Some say truth is a power play, a metanarrative constructed by moral types. To some, truth is subjective—the individual world of preference and opinion. Others believe truth is a collective judgment, the product of cultural consensus. Still others flatly deny the concept of truth altogether.
In this episode of Keep It 100, we will talk about Absolutes, cultural relativism, progressive Christianity and the timeless & tested Truth of God’s Word.

We live in a world where hustle culture is huge. We’re busier and more stressed than ever before. Our commotion culture enjoys a lack of sleep as a badge of honor. Stimulants, like caffeine & Red Bull, provide the means to get moving in the morning; while sleeping pills, and night sedatives, allow us to forcibly shut down for some shuteye. Buying into the misguided notion that “You can sleep when you’re dead.” If there’s one thing we have lost in this past season, it’s our rhythm. It has been seriously upended. But now, as things are slowly returning, it seems as though we have less time than ever before. All of us are busy, feeling overwhelmed, and pulled in a million directions. Instead of living from a place of rest and purpose, we’re constantly putting out fires and powering through one more day. But what if we stop to rethink the rhythms in our life? What if we start getting intentional about what we’re doing—and why we’re doing it? What if this reset could actually position us to create a rhythm that brings us to a better place in our personal relationship with God than ever before?
In this episode of Keep It 100, we are going deeper in the conversation of rest as a power move. The life rhythm that releases results and have a conversation with university ministries powerhouse leader Eli Gautreaux.

#YOLO. #FOMO...We live in a driven culture...One ruled by hurry and worry. We spend our time talking about how busy we are, how tired we are, and about how little sleep we get. We hustle, we rush, and we cut back on sleep. We measure our non-existent R.E.M. by our wrist computers.
Simultaneously, We also are living in a very troubling time in the world. The atmosphere of our day has dramatically changed. The fast-paced world conditions have escalated from confusion to chaos,...this can be seen by events across the globe. Many are desperately dealing with the emerging variants of the coronavirus, bringing back economic opportunities, and addressing our deep-seated social issues and racial tensions...All are valid, but they remain exterior to the soul peace that can only be received from our Maker. Maybe the answer is not found in the common exterior solutions offered, but in a timeless interior discipline that the Ancients valued called rest....Bottom line our Shelter is not a place, but a Person!

Since the mid-20th century, we have seen the medium of communication. News reports and data go from a dependency upon the printed page to the audio/visual, and now to the present digital age. The results have been nothing short of a seismic shift concerning the modern barrage of unlimited voices the average person must sift through.
Back in the day, you had to have a degree of prominence, be answerable, tested & have a telecommunication backing to get to be widely heard, now all you need is a social media account and typically no accountability and you can broadcast your ideas.
Bringing about a world that is filled with sub narratives, the side stories that are used to distract us from the BIG STORY, which is God's metanarrative. AND when sub narratives get elevated to metanarrative status, the ultimate conclusion is not just an out of focus existence, but an out of commission life.
In this episode of Keep It 100, we will conclude our conversation on Narratives, talk about the most dangerous narrative of all and conclude with some takeaways to fortify you in the battle for your narratives.

Long before the term “influencer” was coined, young people played that societal role by creating and interpreting trends. Now a new generation of influencers has come on the scene. Members of Gen Z are true digital natives, from the crib they have been exposed to the internet, to social networks, and to mobile systems
Now Generation Z is officially the largest generation in the world today. They are creative, driven, entrepreneurial, inquisitive and spiritual. They are coming of age in the midst of the most unique time. This generation is surrounded by a crisis cocktail of a global pandemic, racial tensions, political upheaval, economic unrest, and possibly on the brink WWIII.
Yet the greatest battle will be an ideological one fought between the policy of the culture and the prophecy of the Kingdom. In this episode of Keep It 100, we will build on the conversation of “caught up in the narrative”, hit the table on this pivotal emerging generation, and have an epic conversation with YWAM’s Andy Byrd.

In a world where power is often interpreted as the ability to exert physical and political influence over one’s enemies, it is important not to ignore a very different sort of battle space: the fight over perceptions and the struggle to influence ideas.
In this arena, narratives can be as powerful as physical force, but where physical force is often a tangible battle; narratives are an intangible one! false narratives are running rampant. Divisiveness is growing. Tempers are flaring as a stress-induced fog has clouded our sight!
This is a time when we are all vulnerable to embracing stories based on our emotions and fears--stories that confirm our beliefs and rationalize our behavior—rather than clear-headed analysis. In this episode of, "Keep It 100", we will talk about the narratives battling for your allegiance and the timeless story which can unshackle us!

As chaos abounds, we need to be poised to release life and hope into the gathering darkness. In this hour, it is crucial that we learn to listen to Holy Spirit and live from Heaven's reality. We must have the right prophetic perspective, or we won’t have the correct interpretation of things that are happening around us. Meanwhile, we mustn't allow our culture or circumstances to influence our perspective of reality, rather than relying on the voice of God. We must not lower the bar by undisciplined prophecies by cash app fleshly prophets or the loudest naysayers of modern media. The role of the prophetic is to bring clarity in troubling times and truth when rumors dominate what people believe. The importance is based upon any understanding of the course of current events that must be based on heaven's perspective and requires that we see with a spiritual lens to give us insight into what's next. On this episode of KEEP IT 100, we will conclude our conversation on "What's Next" and finish the powerful interview with Scotland's Emma Stark.

Most people associate the role of a prophet with the idea of telling the future & prognosticating what is going to happen next.
But telling the future was not the major role of the Biblical prophets. In fact, their prophecies were more of a side effect. Their primary in the Bible was to serve as God's megaphones, declaring whatever God commanded them to say and speak with the people about the will of God in their specific situations.. This way God always had a people prepared to step into the next.
The prophetic word is a lamp that shines in a dark place and News Flash, we as a people are in a dark, dark place.
In this episode of Keep It 100, we will carry on with the theme of "What's Next" and have a revealing interview with Scottish prophetic minister Emma Stark and stay tuned to the end with tips on what to do with a prophetic word.

The global spiritual climate is fast attracting the attention of the discerning and undiscerning alike. Cosmic upheavals of varying degrees have kept newscasters, forecasters, pundits & podcasters busy, as nation after nation, records disasters of disturbing magnitudes. We have seen shutdowns, let-downs, and breakdowns, and now we need to be empowered to take down what stands between us and God’s next. If you know what is next, while it still is now - you get to run swiftly, where others tip-toe lightly. We live in an “anything can happen and probably will” world. The unthinkable has become the acceptable. Recycled opinions are passed as original thinking, and people settle for what is, rather than fighting for what could be. There are current cultural shifts, which means that our mindsets and ministries must shift as well. To be effective in soul-winning, we must be open to change. What’s the Church’s answer to this rapidly changing culture? How do we win people to Christ in our fast-paced, highly opinionated world? Knowing this, maybe you would like to share Christ with others, but you just don’t know how to begin. But, maybe there is a supernatural force within ready to join with you. On this episode of Keep It 100, we have our final installment on the subject of ‘Prophetic Evangelism’, concluding with 3 integral ingredients of Prophetic Evangelism. We also include a crucial interview with the O.G. prophetic evangelist Mario Murillo.

The prophetic evangelism movement is growing…. Groups of typically young believers are pouring out into the streets, coffee shops and shopping malls; listening to the Holy Spirit as He directs them to speak with people. Knowing their identity as sons and daughters and recognizing the moment they’ve come to; they are rising up in compassion and confidence and releasing an epic witness. Using revelatory gifts of words of knowledge and prophecies and becoming the voice of God to people who may never have stepped into a church. By stepping into this convergence moment, they are praying for people and leading them to the Lord. Could this lead into a New Jesus People movement; is history repeating itself, should we expect a greater harvest than previous generations? In this episode of Keep It 100, we will have a deeper dive into the conversation of Prophetic Evangelism, the New Jesus People movement and hear from missionary revivalist Jessi Green.

As the world changes, post-COVID, the task of evangelism could very well become harder & harder with opportunities potentially increasingly restricted. Yet, if anything is true in this era, the need for evangelism is greater, as so many people have been confronted with their own mortality. With a world that seems to be on the threshold of MASSIVE uncertainties, people are asking questions.
For far too long, evangelism and missions have been seen as the exclusive responsibility of trained pastors and ministry leaders. But, Scripture is clear that the Great Commission is not given to just those few, but rather to every single believer. An Apostle from Tarsus, tells us “That we can ALL Prophesy”!
Meanwhile, the term “Prophetic Evangelism” has slipped into Christian jargon in recent years, but what does it actually mean? Is it walking up to a complete stranger and telling them that “Jesus loves you and has a wonderful plan for your life”? Or is there something markedly beyond?
In this episode of Keep It 100, we will uncover truths about this emerging topic of PROPHETIC EVANGELISM and have a powerful table talk with prophetic evangelist Richie Seltzer.

Bruce Springsteen was right when he said, "Everybody’s got a hungry heart." Today we live in a day of information overload – daily crisis is the rule of the day. Media channels bombard us over and over again. Every day there is a new issue, a new catastrophe, a new problem with crime, economy, politics, a new murder, a new INJUSTICE, a new war. That is all we talk about and that is all we think about. But there IS something that must rule the human heart and it’s no longer an option. There are innate cravings that must be answered or else they are perverted.
Proving that when the hunger of the human heart is unfed by what is authentic, it will go for what is inauthentic.
Meanwhile Religion has created that which we now see and reel from. The Lord our God refuses to trade incense for prayer, psychology for revelation, singing for worship, club memberships for real family and rituals for true relationship. The way to get there will be through the on-ramp of AUTHENTIC spiritual hunger.
In this episode of Keep It 100, we are continuing to chop it up on the subject of Spiritual Hunger and have an incredible interview as we spill the tea w/ special guest Pastor Dustin Bates.

“When a man loses money, he’s lost nothing; when he loses his health, he’s lost something; but when he loses his hunger, he doesn’t just lose something, he is lost”.
The world seems ripe for spiritual enlightenment. Secular humanism no longer satisfies. But, neither does any form of Christianity that relies more on traditions and creeds, than on a personal relationship with God. The push-button-pop-pill generation is looking for a quick fix spiritual experience that promises instant blessings rather than the slow-burn spiritual discipline that focuses more on God … When what is needed is for a profound new emerging SPIRITUAL HUNGER to characterize believers that becomes a landing strip for the Holy Spirit. In this episode of Keep It 100, we will have a convo on spiritual hunger and why it holds the key to your DESTINY!

Every one of us are waiting for something. We wait for the unanswered prayer, the apology, the relationship to be restored, for the grief to pass, for the wedding day to arrive, the promotion to be given, for the family, the baby, the breakthrough … we wait. But, maybe instead of focusing only on the desired outcome we took a deep dive into the purpose and value of our waiting seasons. We can either wait, only looking ahead, or we can embrace all that there is for us in the now. It is in the embracing we discover not only a different side to ourselves, but different aspects of God. How many times have you felt like you were singled out because of your relationship status? Unfortunately, we live in a society that equates personal fulfillment to whether or not you have a ring on your finger. Too often, single Christians are viewed as if they are missing out on life because they don’t have a romantic interest or that they feel the need to put their lives on hold as they wait for the right partner to come along. Being single was never intended to be seen as a curse. Maybe, it’s an opportunity to encounter God in incredible ways, embrace the story He is uniquely writing, and live the life you were always meant to! In this episode of KEEP IT 100, we have an honest conversation on this delicate subject and hear nuggets from Christa’s forthcoming book “Singled Out in a Couples World”. Spiritual warfare is vitally important in a world of spiritual intrigue and ignorance. With the increase of New Age thinking, Atheism, Wiccan and a growing interest in the Occult worldwide, the need for Christians to understand what spiritual warfare has never been greater. The vast majority of modern believers are peacetime Christians and are constantly surprised when they face opposition. Meanwhile, this cosmic battle is becoming an increasingly confusing topic to study, as Christians have a variety of views on the topic, some of which are biblical, but most of which are not. Yet, everyone in this world is under spiritual warfare, underscoring the fact that we are on a battleground, not a playground. The adversary of your soul is relentless in his pursuit of you. We need a solid theology of God and Satan, of good and evil, and how to wage successful war. Are you feeling dry, stuck or stagnant? In this episode of Keep It 100, we continue the dialogue on what may be the make or break flashpoint of modern faith.

We live in a culture that is intrigued with the idea of supernatural activity. Meanwhile most of what many know about the spiritual and the supernatural they’ve learned from TV and the big screen. Hollywood’s interest in angels, demons, and the afterlife has dramatized spiritual warfare so much that it’s hard to know what’s real and what’s not. Not only is our culture intrigued by odd supernatural inquiry, but there also has been a rising interest in issues of social and global justice. As many people in our culture have begun to ask difficult questions about global oppression and systemic evil. Is there something more than the simplified answers we were given in our youth? What if both of the above cultural questions, those of demonic forces and systemic injustice could be discussed simultaneously through the lens of the Bible?
If you think spiritual warfare is irrelevant to you, you may already be losing the battle. In this episode of ‘KEEP IT 100’, we will chop it up on the challenging subject of spiritual warfare; how to fight, how to set free, and what you may have discounted that is the key!

Across our modern culture there's an insatiable interest that has been growing in spirituality, transcendental meditation, Eastern centering. This rise in do-it-yourself spirituality and the crystal craze, is part of a larger barometer of a culture in search of a deeper connection…the substitutes for prayer creates an even worse problem. Sometimes the biggest steps are often the smallest steps, Many are taught on the come-up in their churches that prayer is the most powerful way to experience God. But few receive instruction or guidance in how to make prayer genuinely meaningful. Meanwhile E.M. Bounds says, “Prayers outlive the lives of those who uttered them; outlive a generation, outlive an age, outlive a world.” On this episode of Keep It 100 we are continuing the life-changing conversation of connecting with God and unleashing your devotional life and we get to hear from a modern intercessor, revivalist Corey Russell.

It’s humanly impossible to just keep going without ever stopping to rest. Even machines need downtime for repairs and maintenance. The human body is no different, with the exception that we keep the machine running at the expense of physical, emotional and spiritual needs. You need quiet time, that uninterrupted silence that is so elusive and prized, to rest and renew.
While today’s world has many luxuries that are supposed to make life much easier, sometimes these things seem to make life more complicated. Many of us dream of living a worry-free life, uninterrupted by the chaos we face in our daily lives but this dream is often interrupted by reality. Where can we go to get our spiritual balance and be covered by the Presence of the Most High.
Having a daily quiet time with God is one of the most important spiritual disciplines you can master.
In this episode of KEEP IT 100, we will cover how to maximize the Secret Place and how to navigate an epic Quiet Time!

A pandemic rolled in and showed us the best and worst of humanity. The conditions caused by this phenomenon allowed us to see the anxieties, injustice, misplaced priorities and discord. It also revealed the need to change and adapt more quickly than most thought possible, and reminded us what is really important. Human connection and it’s nemesis – conflict.
Conflict is all around us. People have different perspectives on how to solve a problem, or even what the problem is. They have different perspectives on goals and objectives and the best way to accomplish them. It’s human nature to avoid difficult conversations, partly because they’re difficult and partly because we’re worried that having them could make things worse. But, maybe we are worse off for not having these talks and keeping it in. In this episode of KEEP IT 100, we unwrap how to be brave in your conversations and how to negotiate conflict Kingdom style.

Socrates ONCE SAID, “The shortest and surest way to live with honor in the world is to be in reality what we would appear to be; all human virtues increase and strengthen themselves by the practice and experience of THEM!
- IT’S TRUE that integrity is doing the right thing even when no one is looking. TRUTH BE TOLD someone IS ALWAYS looking. ..THE QUESTION WE HAVE TO ASK OURSELVES IS …What IS your reputation among UNbelievers? How can anyone accept our faith if the way we live our life is in opposition to what we profess to believe?
-COULD IT BE THAT Our lives should ALWAYS reflect what we say we believe... COULD IT BE THAT - It’s the way you live, not the way you talk, that counts.
-In this episode of Keep It 100, we will talk about how to handle dishonor when it comes at your personally, what does honor look like in a day-to-day lifestyle and we will also hear from Cherie Bolz, and a wisdom window with Pastor Rich Wilkerson Sr.

Making room for people according to the god-given honor they deserve…it is the currency of elevation...how you live this out does matter! Our culture today, like many before it, professes to love freedom, but freedom has been in short supply for most of history, and with good reason – It's profession and practice are two different things. For the most part, the cry for liberation and freedom in the modern era has been hijacked by substitutes.
Because fallen human beings, outside of Christ are in fact held captive by sin.. Far from being controversial, this is a fact every person knows deep in their own being. Tragically, the ‘freedom’ that the modern world craves and demands is often expressed as freedom from God, which produces more bondage. Even in the church, our freedoms have sometimes produced a wandering and pandering that has opened doors to the enemy.
In this episode of Keep It 100, we will continue the discussion on Deliverance, Witchcraft & Power Encounter, and HOW to get TRUE FREEDOM, plus a bonus deliverance testimony from a General in the Faith, Dr Randy Clark.

The body of Christian FAITH LARGELY is unaware, ill-equipped, and ill-informed of the dark forces that create great deception, DOMINATION, and divisive barriers among HUMANITY.
So many times, dark forces are reduced to metaphors, YET ONE OF THE MOST NEEDED MINISTRIES IN THIS HOUR THAT WAS PROPHETICALLY FORETOLD BY THE ANCIENTS IS DELIVERANCE...

Recently conviction and reverence has gotten a bad rap. Many have swung the pendulum and over-corrected to extreme legalism and boundary strict Christianity that has wounded some. But in overreacting to legalism, I wonder if we have left the highway of holiness and lost the all-important spiritually vital component of Awe and reverence. In a world where holiness is out and authenticity in, perhaps we have slid too far down the road of "I’m just being true to myself"... In this episode of keep It 100, we will take on the weighty conversation of the vanishing awe and the rediscovery of wonder.

The modern person’s ability to stick with anything too long has evaporated. The messaging and packaging from everything from breakfast cereal to politics has to be constantly evolving in order to hold people’s attention. Relevancy is driving a whole engine in the incessant search for what is new & fashionable. Trying to be culturally relevant in some instances is turning the church into followers instead of leaders. And it often makes churches look too much the same in ways we ought to be different. Have we blended in so well with the culture that we have finally become unnoticed and irrelevant? "They possessed an acute sensitivity to the social, political and demographic context that came to define their eras." Relevance is so crucial today and no one is more relevant than God. God is not only omniscient and omnipotent, but He His omni-relevant. But cultural relevance doesn't mean dumbing down convictions or watering down the truth. So what does it really look like to be righteously relevant? In this episode of keep It 100 - we have a crucial conversation on this subject with Pastor of Saints NYC - Chris Durso.

Ancient Roman Statesman Cicero accurately said, “What starts as GRATITUDE quickly becomes dependency and ends as entitlement”. As a society we seemingly have evolved to the point where we can customize our circumstances according to how we wish it to be, fashioning our world to favor our whims. Yet, when we live in a way that we believe we deserve, we actually knock God out of the center of our lives. GRATITUDE is the currency that secures more blessings and places you in the favor of the Father.
