BBQ Steak Sandwich for the ages! 🥩🥪💨🔥
Today, we are making the most amazing BBQ Steak Sandwich ever created (well, at least the best one I have ever created ha). Starting by reverse searing some Tri-Tip seasoned with my Cherry Chipotle Ale rub from @Spiceology. We will slice that steak up as thin as possible and pour some Beer Cheese over the top.
