Today I want to do something that several people have requested many times over and over again:
React to a Taiwanese song.
To be honest, I don’t know any Taiwanese songs or any Taiwanese artists yet
I thought this could be a good moment to try and discover some artists.
I went on Google and I randomly picked out one artist that came out very fast (in the search results)
That was Eric Chou. The song’s name was “What’s wrong”.
I am very curious to discover Taiwanese music. I don’t know if this song is famous in Taiwan or not
But since it came up very high in “Google search”, I guess it must be popular.
Let’s go ahead and watch this song together!

老實說，我還沒有台灣歌曲或台灣藝術家
我認為這可能是嘗試發現一些藝術家的好時機。
我去了Google，並隨機挑選了一位出類拔萃的歌手（在搜索結果中）

我很好奇發現台灣音樂。 我不知道這首歌是否在台灣有名

This was the very first Taiwanese music video I ever saw, and I’m positively impressed.
I think it was beautiful. It was a song I could definitely relate to and listen to
It is something I could put on my IPod right now
His voice was so nice to listen to and his emotions were truly felt.
That’s why I am suspecting: did he write this song himself? Did he live this experience himself?
I’m really wondering about this
But you probably don’t know the answer either. Only he Eric knows the answer I think.
You know what I found so confusing? That all the sceneries where in a European or in another western country.
It is so confusing. I’m clicking on my very first Taiwanese music video ever and the scenery looks so familiar.
Especially the bakery and restaurants. That could totally be in France
Maybe that’s in Taiwan. Maybe it is just a place I never saw before.
I’m positively impressed and I would love for you to recommend more songs to me that you think I might like.
I definitely want to discover more Taiwanese artists.
Did you notice that today I’m filming outside? The barn is right behind me
As I was going to start filming I noticed that the sky was so blue. I noticed the birds chirping
It was just too compelling to sit here outside and enjoy the fresh air.
That’s why you might hear some bird noises. I am not sure if my microphone catches that
