曾子寮山，又稱「飛鳳山」，海拔110公尺，座落於基隆火車站後方的罾仔寮社區，從基隆火車站出發，不用半個小時就可以輕鬆登頂曾子寮山。步道途中有著名的基隆KEELUNG地標觀景台，是觀看基隆港夜景的景點。
Cengziliao Mountain, also known as "Feifeng Mountain", is 110 meters above sea level. It is located in the Cengzilaio Community at the back of Keelung Railway Station. Walking from Keelung Railway Station, you can easily reach Cengziliao Mountain in half an hour. On the way, there is the famous Keelung KEELUNG landmark observatory, which is a scenic spot to watch the night view of Keelung Harbor.

基隆火車站、佛山太平早起會設有公廁。
There are public toiletsin Keelung Railway Station and Foshan Taiping Early Bird Group.
【交通資訊】（Traffic Information）
★大眾運輸：搭乘台鐵西部幹線至基隆車站，或搭乘任何可以到達基隆火車站的公車。走出基隆火車站南站出口，越過中山一路，即抵達113巷步道入口。
★自行開車：Google地圖衛星導航輸入「基隆火車站」，即可導航至目的地。基隆火車站設有收費停車場（每半小時20元）。
★ Public Transportation: Take the Taiwan Railway West Line to Keelung Station, or take any bus that can reach Keelung Railway Station. Walk out of the south exit of Keelung Railway Station, cross Zhongshan 1st Road, you will arrive at the trail entrance of Lane 113.
★ Drive by yourself: Google Maps satellite navigation enter "Keelung Railway Station" to reach the destination. Keelung Railway Station has a paid parking lot (NT$ 20 per half hour).
