觀自在菩薩，行深般若波羅蜜多時，照見五蘊皆空，度一切苦厄。舍利子，色不異空，空不異色，色即是空，空即是色，受想行識，亦復如是，舍利子，是諸法空相，不生不滅，不垢不淨，不增不減，是故空中無色，無受想行識，無眼耳鼻舌身意，無色身想味觸法，無眼界，乃至無意識界，無無明，亦無無明盡，乃至無老死，亦無老死盡， 無苦集滅道，無智亦無得，以無所得故，菩提薩埵，依般若波羅蜜多故，心無掛礙，無掛礙故，無有恐怖，遠離顛倒夢想，究竟涅槃。三世諸佛，依般若波羅蜜多故，得阿褥多羅三藐三菩提。故知般若波羅蜜多，是大神咒，是大明咒，是無上咒，是無等等咒，能除一切苦，真實不虛，故說般若波羅蜜多咒，即說咒曰，揭締揭締，波羅揭締，波羅僧揭締，菩提薩婆呵。
梵音般若心咒：
gate gate pāragate pārasaṃgate bodhi svāhā
噶帝噶帝，波呐噶帝，波呐桑谟，噶帝，波帝雅，娑诃。
持誦心經的功德：
破五逆十惡、九十五種外道，迴遮消除一切鬼、魔、病、逆、違緣！ 於未成佛前具有前述之功德； 究竟而長遠的利益，則可令持誦者由五道十地而成佛。功德不可思議！若欲供養十方諸佛、報十方佛恩，當誦此觀音(聖號)與般若(心經)，日夜常誦此經，無願不果。
願以此功德，普及於一切。
眾生與我等，皆共成佛道。
The Heart Sūtra (Chinese: 心經 Xīnjīng) is a popular sutra in Mahāyāna Buddhism. Its Sanskrit title, Prajñāpāramitāhṛdaya, can be translated as "The Heart of the Perfection of Wisdom".
The sutra famously states, "Form is empty, emptiness is form." (śūnyatā). It is a condensed exposé on the Buddhist Mahayana teaching of the Two Truths doctrine, which says that ultimately all phenomena are sunyata, empty of an unchanging essence. This emptiness is a 'characteristic' of all phenomena, and not a transcendent reality, but also "empty" of an essence of its own. Specifically, it is a response to Sarvastivada teachings that "phenomena" or its constituents are real.
It has been called "the most frequently used and recited text in the entire Mahayana Buddhist tradition."[3] The text has been translated into English dozens of times from Chinese, Sanskrit and Tibetan as well as other source languages.
