年中みかんがとれる町
熊野にある町、三重県御浜町下市木
2020年7月
東京から三重県御浜町へ移住しました。
今回は私たち夫婦をメインに東京から御浜町への引っ越しの様子です。
今年1月から移住場所探しを始め、コロナで外出制限がかかるギリギリの3月に三重県御浜町を含め、和歌山、東紀州エリアを運良く訪問することができました。ただし、その後は現地訪問が出来ない状態が続き、他の場所のリサーチに行くことが出来なくなったこともあり、
運命的な出会いであった御浜町に移住を決断しました。約半年で決めた移住。
縁も所縁もない町、加えて、結局、3月に数時間だけ訪問した町に移住を決断するのは勇気がいりましたが、
このまま、探し続けると移住するのが何年も先になると思ったので、思い切ることが出来たと思います。

We love Tokyo, However, we couldn’t imagine living there for the rest of our life.
That’s why we decided to move out to Rural Japan.
Since this January, we had been searching for a place to live in rural area of Japan.
However, because of Covid-19, it was difficult to look around where we want to visit.
During this difficult time, we had an unexpected encounter by chance in Mie.
Although there were not enough time to see around, we fell in love with a town, Mihama.
Because of it, we decided to move out there from Tokyo.
This is a new chapter of our life.
About Kumano
“Kumano is a feeling - not a form - a manifestation of the Divine Intangibles, a celebration of life's powerful vitality.

About Mihama Town
Mihama Town is in Mie prefecture, Japan.
Mihama locates in south of Kii peninsula by the sea.
There are many outstanding nature and life which you would understand what Japanese people are really.
We do not have symbolic icons or landmarks in the town.
However, it is a place to purify or relax surrounded by the spiritual and sacred atmosphere.
There are also some Kumano Pilgrimage Routes, Ise Route, and the some fantastic routes within the town.
In this difficult time, you might confront an opportunity for you to consider the meaning of the life.
The place might be able to bring the answer you are searching for.
Please come to visit Mihama.
What kind of life are we searching for?
We are now searching for meaning of life.
We come to see some people those who shows us their meaning of life in Mihama, Kumano.
Most of people moved to Kumano say it has sacred power,
and the power of Kumano leads us to come living or visiting here.
Once you come to visit Kumano, you would be able to understand what they are saying.
