Haiyin Binbin Fashion Plaza is the Guangdong Trade Center known as the "Old Trade Fair". It has hosted more than 20 China Import and Export Fairs and is famous at home and abroad. It is the home of Haiyin Industrial Group.
It was won on May 23, 2001 for 389 million yuan. Haiyin Binbin Fashion Plaza is located at the intersection of Yiyi Road, Taikang Road and Yide Road, with a construction area of 41,056 square meters and a total land area of 11,290 square meters. It faces Haizhu Square and Haizhu Bridge, and is adjacent to the Pearl River. In front of the door is a tall and majestic statue of the People's Liberation Army entering the city commemorating the liberation of Guangzhou. It is the center of the north coast of the Pearl River in Guangzhou and one of the most prosperous commercial areas in Yuexiu District. The Haizhu Square Station of Guangzhou Metro Line 2, which is under construction, will be opened in 2002. By then, Metro Lines 1 and 2 will bring a steady stream of customers, and the commercial status of Guangdong Trade Center will be even more prominent. .
