Mike Di graduated from Belgian Free University with two Master's Degrees in International Politics and Environmental Management. Shortly thereafter, he relocated to Canada, working as a Senior Consultant at ERM Canada. During this time, he became very intrigued by the Direct Selling Industry and began his journey as a distributor.
Since then, Mike has experienced many roles in Direct Sales; from Training and Education Director to Vice President and CEO of a number of multi-national Direct Selling companies. He has also successfully developed and operated his own Direct Selling Company in Eastern Europe for 6 years.
Specializing in education, he has traveled to more than 40 countries around the world, training hundreds of thousands of Distributors internationally and was awarded "Top Ten Lecturer in Asia Pacific". He is also a writer of popular Direct Selling books, publishing the book “Big Collection of Compensation Plans" in 2016, which was highly praised throughout China's Direct Selling Industry and highly recommended by industry leaders worldwide.

Hartmut Michel, a German biochemist, received the 1988 Nobel Prize in Chemistry for the determination of the first crystal structure of an integral membrane protein, a membrane-bound complex of proteins and co-factors that is essential to photosynthesis.
While working hand in hand with joint Nobel Prize recipients, Johann Deisenhofer and Rober Hube, together the trio determined the three-dimensional structure of a protein complex found in certain photosynthetic bacteria. This membrane protein complex, called a photosynthetic reaction center, has been known to have played a crucial role in initiating a simple type of photosynthesis. Between 1982 and 1985, the three scientists used X-ray crystallography to determine the exact arrangement of the more than 10,000 atoms that make up the protein complex. Their research increased the general understanding of the mechanisms of photosynthesis, revealed similarities between the photosynthetic processes of plants and bacteria and established a methodology for crystallizing membrane proteins.
Hartmut later worked on the crystallization of membrane proteins; essential for their structure elucidation by X-ray crystallography.
In addition to receiving the Nobel Prize, Dr. Michel has received various prestigious awards including the Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz Prize of the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft, which is the highest honor awarded in German research. He also received the Bijvoet Medal at the Bijvoet Center for Biomolecular Research of Utrecht University in 1989。
