And all this money comes from the investment of different companies and countries, which is called Foreign Direct Investment i.e. FDI. Here it is important to know that whenever a country like Pakistan asks for a loan from China, it accepts all the conditions of China. But the money that comes to India, we can call it investment and not loan. Because in view of the increasing economic growth, all foreign companies can invest only after following all the rules of India. This means that this money has come to India on India's terms and not under compulsion. So this is not a loan but an investment! You will be surprised to know that America and China have 50 times more debt than India.
