Tibetan singing bowls originate in the Himalayan region, and their use as a sound therapy instrument is believed to date back many centuries. Hans de Back is an internationally renowned sound therapist who has been applying Tibetan singing bowls for healing during the past 30 years.
Hans de Back uses the sound vibrations to activate the Root Chakra in order to stabilize the body and the mind, and to help actualize the conceptual ideas into reality. Focus your consciousness in the bottom of the spine. Visualize a ball of red light beaming throughout the Root Chakra and feel the warm radiance of this light. Mentally guide this light to flow from the bottom of the spine to the thighs, knees, calves, feet, and from the feet to the ground. Feel your feet standing firmly on the ground and picture your feet like a tree root, penetrating deeply into the land, which provides stability, nourishment and support to you.
✪ If time permits, it is recommended to start listening to Root Chakra music, in the following order: Root Chakra music → Sacral Chakra music → Solar Plexus Chakra music → Heart Chakra music → Throat Chakra music → Third-Eye Chakra music→ Crown Chakra music.
