A unique Vietnamese omelette called cha ruoi contains a special ingredient: ragworms. The dish is valuable as the worm only appears for a few days per year during autumn. The dish is prepared by boiling the worms first. They’re then mixed with eggs, vegetables and pork before finally being fried.
