葵湧廣場，1991年開業，因發展商南豐集團，將原始的600多個店鋪樓花全部賣予市民，所以店鋪大多是獨立個體。
1994年前商場並不興旺，由於當時商鋪面積較大，租金貴，放租很難。後來逐漸地「㓥」成了1000多個鋪位。
至今，已很難統計商場目前一共有多少業主和確切的店舖數量了。
因為店舖面積不大，店家想盡方法擺賣貨物，超過店舖租用界線，佔用商場的通道。所以2000年時，經過商討，得出了每家店的貨物最多可以超越商鋪門口的一個黑色地磚和兩個灰色地磚，簡稱“一黑兩灰”。
現在，被稱為白手起家創業夢的庇護所。
Kwai Chung Plaza, which opened in 1991, is a place where the developer Nan Fung Group sold all the original 600+ shop spaces to citizens, so most of the shops are independent individual businesses.
Before 1994, the mall was not very prosperous because the shop spaces were larger and the rent was expensive, making it difficult to rent out. Gradually, the spaces were divided into more than 1000 smaller shops.
Now, it is difficult to count the exact number of owners and shops in the mall.
Because the shop spaces are not large, the shop owners try to sell their goods by extending beyond the shop rental boundaries and occupying the mall's corridors. Therefore, in 2000, after discussion, it was decided that each shop could extend their goods beyond their shop entrance by one black tile and two gray tiles, which is simply referred to as "one black and two grays."
Now, it is known as a shelter for those who start their business from scratch and pursue their entrepreneurial dreams.
