台灣逢甲大學，花了約10億台幣翻修宿舍，有男女混宿大樓、家庭房、男女獨立宿舍。共3000個床位，55吋大電視、獨立衛浴，號稱是最豪華的「五星級」宿舍！四人房的每個床位都有拉簾、小夜燈；家庭房是三房兩廳，有超大電視、廚房和長桌……此外，校方還規劃了男女混宿大樓。「環境刻苦不一定是成功的必要條件，要住得好一點。」
Feng Chia University in Taiwan spends NT$1 billion renovating their students’ dormitories, including coed dormitory, family-style dormitory, boys’ dormitory and girls’ dormitory. The dormitories offer 3,000 beds in total, 55-inch TVs, independent washrooms, and are called the most luxurious ‘five-star’ dormitories. Curtain and night-light are installed for each bed. The family-type dormitory has three bedrooms, a living room and a dining room with a big tv, a kitchen and a long table. What’s more, a coed dormitory is also planned. ‘Tough environment is not an essential prerequisite for success. Students should live in a better place.’
