Is it possible for life to happen on other planets? Recently, the scientific community has been focusing on searching around planets that could contain life, since in the future we may depend on going to another planet in order to survive. But one could ask: what makes a planet habitable, and not only that, but also how likely is it for a planet to be habitable by human standards? We will calculate some estimates and discuss the topic with the knowledge available to us.
